Ordered a Thai Milk Tea. Strong condensed milk flavor. More milk flavor than Thai tea. The boba was chewier than how I would have liked it.

Amazing drinks with high quality ingredients. They serve Straus Family milk but also have non-dairy substitutes available. Their drinks are real tea leaves with actual fruit pieces.I have been coming here for 5+ years even when I was living in Sunnyvale. Staff are friendly and I love the plant-centric decor.

This place has nice decor and good menu items. I like the multiple options of coffee. They have plenty of outlets for work and multiple tables. Though they have free WiFi -- the connection was very slow to non-existent on the day we visited - perhaps it was super crowded? I like the drinks a lot didnt have chance to try the waffles.

Whenever Im in CA I come here almost every day. I LOVE this place. They have the freshest and strongest tasting teas with awesome flavors. My go-to is definitely their strawberry mint mojito, 75% sweet with lychee bits or 50% sweet with lychee jelly. My second go-to is their osmanthus milk tea with almond milk 75% sweet ( 50% sweet if using regular milk) and fresh honey boba🤤. You really cant go wrong with any of their drinks, in my opinion. Love this shop!!

Really appreciated their customer service! We had a wonderful time interacting with our barista who explained the menu and quality behind all the options. Everything was served with a smile and for a Sunday evening got just as much energy as if they had just opened. The interior is super cute, too! Was very happy with my Thai Boba with free oat milk substitution. The strawberry matcha cookie tasted delicious with a nice homemade feel. So impressed!

They like coffee but are sensitive to it. There served some of the nicest and friendliest teammates Ive ever met. This is a must-see coffee shop where you can enjoy a tasty cup of coffee. It is without a doubt a must-try!

Tea Lyfe has improved a lot since my last visit. The Jasmine Milk Tea was super delicious and the Strawberry Oak Matcha was yummy especially with agar jelly. The boba was ok, slighty chewier than I prefer, but was cooked right. The only disappointment was the Black Milk Tea, that was not good at all.However, I still give this place 5 stars for allowing reusable cups and the other drinks were good despite the trash milk tea.

Good little spot. Usually pretty busy. The matcha tea was a bit creamy but tasty and refreshing. Didn’t try any of the snacks but there are a few waffle options.

Thats how much you will get if you ask for NO ICE. $6 for matcha sensation btw. I was astonished when I saw it, so asked thats it? And was told yes because we usually add ice. Nice business isnt it?

I was in the neighborhood and gave Tea Lyfe a try. I asked the cashier what my wife and I generally like and asked for a recommendation. I got the Matcha Sensation for my wife and the Dark Matter.I was blown away from the quality of the drinks. I can tell that they put a lot of care into creating the menu. We will be coming back for more! Keep up the amazing job!

This is the best coffee in town! The coffee and service at this coffee shop are both great! Id like to purchase coffee here because the coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. They continue to have a fantastic, friendly, and supportive staff. Dont forget to order a cup of coffee when youre here.

Never Come back

Im a coffee addict, so Im so picky about that. When I tried their coffee here, I was so impressed that it had a strong blend of flavor. I welcomed my friends the next day, and I even took my parents here. Highly recommended!

First milk tea shop I tried in Norcal and I have high expectation with this high-rated shop. 5 stars for decorations and friendly staff. Wood theme. drinks are just ok not too special. I think it’s overpriced. I got Matcha green tea and my friend got jasmine milk tea.

Ive only ever come here for Vietchatas (their name for horchata with coffee or espresso shot). The first time, it was just horchata...there was zero coffee. The next few times and including this afternoon, my drink has been perfect. Minus one star because even though I always click light ice when ordering, half of the cup is still always ice.

Last year when we came here, this place looks amazing. Now it was just like a regular coffee place. Many plants on the wall were removed and the atmosphere changed. The drinks are still delicious though.

Ive gotten boba here twice, once with Strawberry Lychee Jasmine cold brew and once with Jasmine Milk Tea and both times, the tea is super strong such that it give me a caffeine kick that lasts for a whole day!I can tell its super high quality tea, but how is it so strong?

Amazing artisan tea and coffee house. Uses only the best ingredients, and they are very proud of their quality and it shows. The drinks are never overly sweet but you can adjust everything basically with the exception of the horchata and horchata mixed drinks. Theyre always creating and adding new season items as well as new drinks, and just did a complete overhaul of their menu! They used to do regular waffles but have now decided to only do liege waffles which theyve been offering for Wednesday waffle specials. Theyre excellent and like a perfectly sized dessert-snack. 💯💯💯

Over the top quality milktea with great boba. I like this place because you can taste the tea flavor, and the vibe of the shop (post covid).

Ordered the Hokkaido Milk and Matcha mille crepe with a mango fusion drink. The mille crepe was sweet and creamy.

Love the tea, and friendly staffs, but folks should expect to pay a little more for the already pricey tea when sitting in. Also, wifi service requires you to either give your email OR like their facebook page, also authorize access to your personal facebook data

I always get boba at 25% because I enjoy a stronger tea taste. Ordered the Assam Black Milk Tea and it was a bit watered down and had a slight hint of Thai tea.

Really nice employees, the tea is VERY strong. If you normally get 25% sweet, I recommend getting it sweeter here. There is another shop in the same shopping center called T4 that I prefer. Not as cute, but the tea is more my taste.

We had matcha guava and fruit Jasmine tea. Both were one of the weirdest kind we ever had. Didn’t enjoy it. The decor of the cafe is cute. However, we tried their drinks and didn’t like them at all regardless of the flavor.

This place is great, really nice decor and great vibes. I really like the Vietchata which is Vietnamese coffee mixed with Horchata. Tastes just like cinnamon tea mixed with black coffee! Coffee gives an excellent balance to the sweetness of the Horchata

Easily one of my favorite spots for milk tea in the Bay Area. I get my monthly COVID testing done at the SCC Fairgrounds nearby, so after that I like to come here for a mental pit stop.While I do wish they had a bit more variety in toppings -- I usually prefer pudding over boba pearls -- I can tell that the owners take product quality seriously, and I love that in addition to tea-based drinks, they also offer coffee-based ones too. Lots of creative options!

I enjoy their fresh natural organic drinks! They use real fruit instead of syrup; which is rare. Their drinks are not overly sweet which I appreciate & their tea flavors really stand out.My favorites are their jasmine milk tea which actually tastes like tea instead of a cup of milk & the mango rose which comes with real fruit bits, super refreshing!The store is nicely decorated and always kept clean. Have been coming here for years. Excellent quality drinks. They had me when they said they tried 26 types of Assam tea leaves to arrive at the best blend for their Assam milk tea.

An incredibly simple milk tea place that focuses on the core requests of its customers, Tea Lyfe never fails to ensure that every customer that walks out their doors come out smiling from their delicious products. Ive heard that the store also hosts open mic sessions, so I definitely look forward to attending one of those.

The selection of drinks is good. There are spots to study and the interior is pretty but the drinks are exorbitantly priced. Boba itself is already quite costly for what it is and this just adds a little extra on top. If price is no issue, sure come try it out. But I would not recommend frequent visits primarily because of the cost, even if the drinks are slightly nicer than other options.

Better than most of thai tea places

The tea is brewed very well. Youll be hard pressed to find a place that makes the tea this fresh and good. My favorite is the Jasmin milk tea with lychee jelly. 25% sweet so that I can actually taste the tea.Their matcha series looks amazing- I cant wait to try them all!

Vietnamese coffee. Need I say more? Really, you cant mess it up. The one I had here was exceptional. Wasnt too sweet, or bitter, and strong enough to keep me up for 24 hours. If I were still a student, I imagine Id enjoy studying/procrastinating here. The atmosphere is inviting of a laptop, but also just to sit and chat. I hope to come here again for another caffeine fix.

I always go here. They serve the most refreshing drinks. Small cup sizes is my only complaint. A cozy little joint. Many repeat customers go there. You can work there too. Very peaceful. Great improvised menu.

The tea here tastes alright. But I probably wouldn’t go here again though because the tea was watery and it was a bit on the expensive side. The boba was also kind of hard as well. There are other tea places in Vietnam Town that tastes way better.

I really like this cafe. I have been taken friends there. I actually wanted o give 4.5 cuz some toasts are too sweet for me. Also I wish that they can have different combinations. For example I wish they could do condensed milk with bananas but without cinnamon. Overall, it is a very relaxing place, nice coffee, and the environment is good too.

Nice ambience. They had vegan replacements or milk, namely oat or almond milk. I enjoyed the cold Green Sensation (matcha) with Lychee jelly drink.

Had breakfast one time which was simple and good. The coffee was fresh and the experience was wonderful. They have outdoor seating as well.

We visited the place on Sunday afternoon and it was fairly busy. I tried the Strawberry Horchata. Their other items looked interesting, which I will have to try in a future visit. The decorations were awesome and they seemed dog friendly: I saw a few folks bring their dogs inside.

Although the drinks are great, the amount of coffee that was served in my drink was about 20% the volume of my cup as it was mostly ALL ICE. I asked the cashier if there should be any way I would be able to get a free/half price refill and he did not make the slightest attempt to provide me with my moneys worth. Terrible. Customer service needs improvement.

Cute, modern bubble tea place with nice selection of drinks and variety of sweetness levels. Do try honey boba (regular tapioca pearls), they were so bomb! Didnt get to try their desserts but they have waffles and cute macarons. Next time!

My wife and I love this place. I love bubble tea, with a passion. I actually make it myself, so I know what Im talking about! This place is definitely on the top of my list as far as boba is concerned. The decor is super cute, also. It reminds me of places I used to go on family trips in California. Super cute, super fun. Great drinks and affordable prices. Their Thai milk tea with honey boba is probably the best thing ever. I had a banana like boba tea there, also a long time ago and it just about killed me it was so good.

I love the decor of the place, i love matcha milk teas but the matcha sensation is overwhelmingly strong and tastes like medicine. I had to wait till I went home and add more milk + sugar.

Excellent milk teas here! Can’t go wrong with the Vietchata or their Matcha drink here. Expect a lot of students chatting or studying around inside.

The drinks here are very good besides the expensive boba added to the drinks. However it’s been twice I’ve ordered online and go to pick up my order when it says it’s ready and I’ve had to wait 10-20 more minutes to have my drinks ready.

Hands down the best matcha in sj. Staff is always really friendly and the shop itself is really cute and inviting. Just wish theyd open up more locations T__T but i dont mind driving from northern sj just for their tea!

Have been to tea lyfe for tea many times. I love the clean kid friendly atmosphere there. The drinks are prepared with organic ingredients and tastes awesome. Love the Assam tea and bobba tea.

Such a cute drink shop! I love the interior of this place. I got the matcha horchata and my friend got the dragon fruit horchata. Both drinks were good, I really enjoyed the matcha and horchata blend. The horchata isn’t thick and the right consistency. If I’m ever in SJ again I would definitely come back here.There are plenty of parking spaces here, I came here on a weekend and the parking lot was super busy.

Nothing seem too special here, but Id probably return :) . The seatings give off this open space feel to it, and good for if you want some privacy in the midst of vibrant atmosphere.

The drinks here cost about average compared to other places around the South Bay. What sets this place apart is their limited edition macarons by a private baker. She makes these really cute character macarons. She usually delivers them to the shop on Friday night and if the character is popular, theyre mostly gone by Saturday afternoon. They now have some snacks too (flavored waffles like churro!).

They have a great selection of drinks such as the ever-so-popular Strawberry Horchata and Jasmine Milk Tea. I definitely love the decor and all the organic and woodsy feel of the stores interior. The customer service is at the top of its game and I really believe this is a place I will come back to over and over.

Tealyfe has such good milk teas and their boba is always consistent. I havent had trouble with my boba being too soft or firm at this location. My favorite go to drinks are the Assam milk tea, the Osmanthus Oolong, and the Thai tea (they actually make legit Thai tea!).It had a cute interior with modern nature decorations (they have a log bench and little stump chairs!). I often see regulars hanging out and students studying. They sometimes have events too such as having local artists sing at night.

This place is well known for its horchata milk tea and the horchata strawberry milk tea. Im definitely not a fan of their hype. I got both, and the horchata tastes like straight up powder and is way overly milky without the horchata. For the strawberry horchata, I could hardly taste the strawberry over the horchata powder. Not sure if they were going for authentic horchata or just milk tea, but id rather just drink some horchata from a Mexican joint. I havent tried any of their other milk tea, but cant say that I will.
