Rating will speak from itself.Its didnt seem to long.As always appointments Im not for sure if they include walk ins. and I love how staff representatives keep in contact . In person everyone seem very friendly. Doctor is bright and very patient especially when teaches you how to proply place them into your eyes. Cant wait to try out my first 3 months package deal I should receive very soon.

Dr. Nguyen and his team are the best. The process is extremely efficient but still has that human touch that makes every visit very pleasant.

Wonderful experience, hands down.Dr. Nguyen was most professional, cordial, and knowledgeable as he navigated my questions about eyesight and eye anatomy. I always appreciate when providers take the time to share the knowledge theyve tirelessly spent learning to serve the greater public. Dr. Nguyen did so with finesse despite me being the last patient after a loooong day.To make the experience more well rounded, Steven at the front desk was the epitome of excellent customer service. Im not sure of the name of the secretary, but he was amazing. He helped me pick out glasses that fit my face, as I had no idea where to start. They also didnt make me feel weird that I had to bring my baby along. They were so nice and friendly here. That means a lot to me.

Great customer service! Dr. Nguyen was very kind and informative, he didnt try to push any extra services, and he followed up any suggestions with an explanation. The front desk was great too. Christine was very helpful and brought up all of the sales and offers they had going on, and she calculated the best offer for whichever frame and lens combo I asked for, with and without insurance. Steven also assisted with any technical issues and chimed in with any discounts that could be applied to my quotes. Theyre a great team, and I enjoyed my time there.

The whole staff here is amazing! They’re super helpful and really patient (I should know, I’ve been in for hours getting my glasses adjusted). Steven is definitely the king of the store; he’s super knowledge and knows exactly what to do. Noah is also really good at adjustments! Christina (or Christine) is suuuuper awesome with kids! She’s so good with them and has helped convince them to wear their glasses. I definitely like them and will utilize Target optical more!

Cristina it wonderful at her job. She helped me choose my frames and made sure I got what I needed, but didn’t push me to buy things I didn’t. Very knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage. I will be back for a second pair.

Absolutely horrible customer service and poor delivery times. My daughter has been waiting for her glasses for more than two weeks. I have been calling these guys every day and NO ONE can ever call me back or tell me where her glasses are except for generic answer “well the package was shipped”. In the mean time my kid needs the glasses and cannot see well and we are stuck in the limbo without the prescribed glasses.Ridiculous! I will never use this optical provider again!
