Relatively smaller than normal Sephora stores, but the girls staff were very nice, greeting me and helping me to get what I was looking for, trying products on and even comparing other products for me. Lucky me.

This happens every time I visit this place, this time I was the only customer inside and no employee offered help, 15 mins later a white lady walks in and they acknowledged her right away and offered help. I literally HAD to ask for help. Store is very low in stock and out of many items. I think I wont be bringing my money here, ULTA is way better

I was the only person in the store and it took 10 minutes before someone would help me. Allegra was very rude and condescending with a passive aggressive tone and rolled her eyes multiple times. They didn’t have my shade — usually when that happens at other sephora stores the employees and friendly and helpful. Allegra just told me they don’t have it and I had to pester her to try to get a recommendation out of her. Horrible customer service and selection.

Good ventilation. Finally a fragrance shop that does not make me nauseous and cry from overwhelming scents.

Can’t look up anything for returns because they say their system is jcpenny not Sephora. So you can buy but not return easily. Sounds like a scam to me. And they can’t print the return label for me so I can just drop it at USPS. Quite unhelpful. Stop pretending to be Sephora when you’re just jcpenny.

I waited about 20 minutes to get in and when I got in, the customer service was not good. No one greeting etc...

Out of all the girls working only one actually talked to my and that was the cashier because she had to. A few weeks back my sister and I went looking for a foundation, we needed someone to match her skin tone but no one even greeted us at the entrance. We waited around to see if anyone would help us but nothing. I picked up the makeup and started matching her skin tone as I’m doing that, one of the workers right by us is trying on makeup. REALLY POOR SERVICE y’all got.Thank god I was the one matching my sisters skin tone because all of the workers makeup looked MEEEESSSSY!

Helpful staff made selections easy

I will never bother with this store anymore every time I walk in I never get greeted I have to figure out everything on my own, I even go through the drawers to look for my own shades I want. They should pay me for shopping there.

The selection in this store sucks BIG TIME! they had more brands before they remodel the place, it looks well and everything, the employees on the other hand suck as well they just look at you and observe you and dont offer help until you go up to them and ask. then they get mad when you dont try to open a jcpenny card with them if you want sells!!! Be courtiaous and friendly to customers. Also dont wear backpacks in here either security will follow you crazy.

Makeup

Smallest Sephora Ive ever seen. They only carry few cheap brands, like Nars, smashbox, etc. if youre looking some big $$ brand like YSL...they dont have it.
