I just upgraded my shower walls and asked A-1 to install the glass. The whole process was great, pricing was very fair. From measurement to Installation, everything was top level. It was a pleasure to work with such a good company.

Joe has been phenomenal to work with! Professional, helpful, and kind (which is a rare combination in this day and age). We needed help with an emergency situation and they responded in a timely manner, with a great price, and went out of their way to satisfy our request. I have worked in the retail field for almost 20 years and my standard for excellent customer service is high - they definitely exceeded it. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Ally - if we ever need glass services again in the future we wont hesitate to call!

Great quality work and honest people. I needed a custom glass piece and they had it ready within a week. Will definitely come back again for any other custom glass or mirror needs!

These guys are very shady . They quoted me a low price to get my business over the phone .Once they they got my credit card information, they increased the quote after 3 days . I agreed to work it out with the manager by splitting the price difference but the owner stepped in and raised the price again.Such a scam . I would stay away from these guys, unless you have everything in writing and some witnesses. They delayed my project and waisted my time .

I had a hard time finding accessories at reasonable prices till I found A-1. It was a pleasant surprise to find their staff, Ms. Ally, patient, professional and willing help.

My son and I broke my sisters Glass cabinet over the holidays. I called these guys from Idaho and they were awesome to work with. Spoke English and did it for reasonable price.

Had what was an apparently unfixable problem that three sets of techs from another company couldn’t fix. Called A1. Very nice, helpful receptionist patiently listened to my problem and connected me to owner, Joe, who knew EXACTLY what was the problem. He came out, fixed it for reasonable price. Personable and well-mannered. Will use them again for any glass issue.
