I call in to take my machines for service and they take forever !!! I call in to order parts and I get put on hold for almost an hour happens all the time I get so frustrated especially since I come all the way from Morgan hillHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICECaterpillar and bobcat have way better customer serviceAwesome machines but bad service
