I went there for the first and last time today. I was beyond disappointed in the customer service... The owner was very rude/dismissive, showed no regard for a potential customer, from the initial phone call to meeting in person. Out of caution for the pandemic, right now there is a barrier at the entrance where he watched me and a friend stand for about 3 minutes before asking “what we wanted” rather than “how he could assist us” (Mind you its not a big shop so he was only 7 feet away, he was the only one there, and we were the only customers there.) I’ll put it this way, if youre looking for a cluttered hillbilly gun shop close by, this is the place for you ... I’ll take my business elsewhere lol

Went at took my Fire arm certification test, fast and very professional. Had knowledge about what to do next about getting a hunting license. Would recommend this them.

I would like to give 0 star if possible:- Overpriced ammo (double the price compared with nearby store). I need it urgent so do not want to check with another store.- Dishonest owner. Called to check the price before I go, but the owner refused to share the price over the phone. Then I went there, and ask for 40 SW ammo. The owner did not tell me any price info but straightly asked for ID for background check. I asked for price again but he did not respond. He proceeded without telling me the price! How rude is that? Unbelievable!

Called to get details about ammo they carried and what types of fees they did with transfers, the person answers with I have customers lined up here guy.Not professional, not customer friendly. Do not recommend.

I called the store person answering was very rude and I was told they would not give me price range over phone and I had to drive across town to just see what the prices are but we are with in price range of every where else. well then why would I drive all the way there if you are with in price range of every where else? Any how I went there and they were even worse in person. Do not recommend this place.

I always have good service here. Dont know why the negatives reviews. Mike is a good guy and full of gun knowledge, new and old. I buy my ammo and parts there and they have a pretty good selection if your the type that have to feel, touch, and smell the product 😆. The price of ammo is fair and Its never a hassle to buy anything there. I have ordered a stock and showed up as promised with out money down. I will continue to shop here. The place looks unorganized, but they know where everything is, just ask.

Is in fact not a fun shop, they only sell air rifles (pellet guns) and black powder guns (pirate guns) no ffl or firearms actually sold away this business. When I walked in the owner was asleep and had to wake him up. Actually carried ammo but all minimum quality and very high priced.

Since there are new owners, they are waiting on paper work which allows them to do gun exchanges. They said call back in a month. I called back every month for the past 5 months and they had the same answer: Call next month.Also, apparently no one answers the phone when the store opens at 9 and since this number does not accept voice messages you are stuck trying to call back when its convenient for them.

I found everything I was looking for and the gentlemen at the counter were very helpful and polite. I will definitely be back.Update: My next visit did not go the same way. The staff was different and the service was not as good.

Typical Fudd shop. They do not do prices over the phone. Probably because they dont want to reveal their overpriced ammo, they have for sale. I would stay away from the fudds and go elsewhere.

I paid to take my FSC here and they misspelled my name. When I tried to purchase a firearm I got red flagged because the name did not match my ID.I tried to have them fix the situation but they tried to use white out initially but that would not have solved the problem at all. So I requested a refund and was told that my ID was probably fraudulent and that they dont know me in order to give me a refund. The people that work here are absolutely incompetent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME coming here for anything. I paid to take my FSC again at the gun attic without any issues. The gun exchange is garbage.

Mike is a very fair seller. If they were rude to you, you probably deserved it. I have been dealing with the gun exchange for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience!! Mike, keep up the great work. Love your shop!!

Really neat place.Have nice old, firearms, no modern guns when we visited but it was a nice place.Definitely would go back again.

I went in there thinking they had a huge collection of used handguns but they dont but I found them very helpful and the guy actually spent a lot of time educating me about the parts I was looking for. There was an old man who looked grumpy but hes awesome (I think hes the owner) so dont get intimidated by him. I do agree that the store is very disorganized and needs some serious dusting.

These guys are super rude and have no etiquette while speaking with you. So if you want to go somewhere they speak to you with respect this is not it.

Love these guys. I have seen several negative reviews and have no idea what the heck theyre talking about. This is an excellent old school shop. If youre looking for some weird tactical navy seal wanna be shop that will do anything to get your money... Youre going to the wrong place.If you are looking for decades of knowledge of just about any firearm, youve found it. One guy who I assume is the owner, was able to dig up ammo for my old model 88 Winchester in .284 (impossible to find) caliber and then gave me a ton of information about the rather rare rifle. You need only look at the variety of accessories and equipment that this shop carries to know that its more than just another gun shop. I come all the way from Vacaville, Ca. for the opportunity to shop here. Im so glad to have found it.

Boohoo. Stop crying about the customer service. They’ve had everything I’ve ever needed for my guns. I’m not there for the conversation, I’m there to purchase what I need and get out. If you don’t know much about guns, do your research before going to the gun store. The internet is an excellent source.

First of all if I could give this place a negative number I would they quoted me one price on the phone because they knew I needed the product then added an extra fifteen dollars a piece when I got to the store just horrible people in there and what kind of gun store has no guns???????? I got my products in a pinch but instead of treating me great and having me come back to them they screwed me over and now make nothing later.

I arrived at 330 on a sat and saw a sign saying gone to walk dog be back in a few min. i waited till 415 (45 min) and no one came back. Not a good first impression on a new customer.

They always seem to have the oddest stuff, lol... works for me rather then waiting on a shipment. New owner and knowledgeable. Ill be coming back for sure.

These guys are not licenced for gunsmithing. The person I spoke to was very paranoid about assembly of a Springfield M1A, I mentioned M14 op rod and they ended the conversation. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The staff are rude and the store is run chaotically. I was interested in a 1911 but didnt know much about them, and the guy behind the counter refused to show me anything. He threw a Kimber catalog down and told me to look at that. I ordered a TLE and never heard back from them about delivery. Finally I kept calling until one of them noticed it had been sitting on the floor in the corner for weeks.Dont go here. There are plenty of stores that act like they want your business.

Place looks to be a mess, however messy in a home feeling type of way. Like ole uncle bills garage of military gear and guns. What makes this place special to me though is they carry .303 ammo which is rare and hard to find for my Lee Enfield, Ill be back here for ammo purchases (not the cheapest ex can find cheaper online but if you dont want to wait, ammo here is priced fair)

If you want advice on firearms, dont come here. The people who run it are very condesending and rude. The guy didnt even seem to know much about guns and was very arrogant. One of the employees asked me what kind of gun I was looking for, so I told him and he had nothing but negative things to say about it. Very poor business. Seems like everytime I have gone in there they are waiting for their licenses. If you want some friendly service and a knowledgeable staff, go to sportsman supply on camden. I will never come here again.

Call before and make sure they have what you need....i went there today and wanted 38sp or 357 ammo...they did not have any, only 10rounds super overpriced one for $30, come on, are they made from gold?hahahahaha......my mistake driving there thinking this is store which might have ammo.....

I called today about federal bulk ammo for 223-556. The guy on the phone kept asking me which one. I told him 223-556 federal in bulk and kept asking me which one again. I would not recommend this place at all and staff is very rude.
