Brandon is top notch; the experience level he has is definitely visible in navigating a sometimes murky space. You can feel confident in being placed in the best possible direction shopping here.

Brandon was extremely helpful and informative. He had some sort of 6th sense that I needed a lot of help, and made sure to provide me the things I needed know. 10/10 would recommend whether you’re starting, or if you’re an expert.

I was always nervous going into a place like this because I am a petite girl with no intentions of becoming a body builder, but went in to get a body composition assessment. Brandon was super helpful and the other staff was so friendly. They have a lot of knowledge about nutrition and I left feeling more informed and cared for.
