One of The Best dispensaries in Silicon Valley! The staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable about their products. They offer delivery, pick-up, and counter service with fair and competitive prices. Sometimes parking gets a bit cramped in their narrows lots.

Good location, reasonable prices. Selections in most areas are good, and a variety of sale methods are available. I recommend going into the store on your first visit, then ordering online with either pick up or delivery for subsequent orders.

Prices too high and horrible customer service. Caliva way better than this over priced place.

The shop was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and the bud tenders were very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They also had a decently wide range of products of all different prices and ranges that all looked good, from the top shelf to the bottom! If I wasnt visiting on vacation this would be my go to store!

Great customer service, when I arrived there on a Tuesday after work. The line was really long I asked the security how long should it take. He said about 10 minutes and it took about 12 minutes tops and then we where on our happy way! Note Elemental you are in trouble Airfield is way faster and lets not talk about price🤔

Best dispensary Ive ever been to! It looks awesome and the wait time isnt super long! There are plenty of budtenders and you can take your time looking at everything they have.

Closest spot to my house. Things moving along pretty well today even with the social distancing. I believe it was happy hour when I got there (2-4 pm) so I got a 20% discount. The staff is very friendly and the place is fairly efficient with plenty of parking and all gender inclusive bathrooms available outside. There are many options including flower, Vape pre-roll, edibles, body products such as lotions and soaps. You can buy already sprouted plants there to grow for yourself.

Horrible, the didint take my if and made me wait outside just because my id is Mexican . The were rude and made me wait outside . I don’t recomended

Our first experience at a shop like this. Well organized, friendly, knowledgeable staff that answered all of our questions. We did not know you could not use credit so we ended up having our selection delivered which is a wonderful option.

NEVER have I been treated so respectfully, as I was here. I have mobility issues, so the door person asked if I was able to tolerate long lines, if not, they would make a tender available to me. I was in utter shock, I couldnt comprehend what they said. Thank you for the BEST experience! All of their products are fairly priced and excellent!

Great place. Unique structure and great staff. Lots of choices and safe process. Prices vary but so far, seems legit.I got an ounce of their in-house indica and not only was it a good price, it was pretty fire.

Theyre very organized on how they let the people in and they have pre-orders that you can pick up but they have a large selection of goodies so I really like this place even though its kind of out of the way

Not too happy this trip! I checked online and found a certain strain I wanted supposedly live feed on Weedmaps went and it was gone so I asked the budtender what hed recommend that similar in high thc and cost and he recommended to 2 strains that were like 20-21%thc and I was like ok. Then I looked again as he was ringing me up and noticed that the next one was like 25% and I said hey Id rather have that lets exchange(he hadnt even handed me the bag yet but was rung up already.) But no they had to make a big deal about some law. I get it but relax and cater to your customers from time to time! Geez.

Such a cool place. I love the style and decor. Everyone is super friendly from the security guards to the front desk and staff. They all made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I went on a Friday and there was a line outside but it moved pretty quickly so that was nice. The staff behind the counter were so knowledgeable and professional. They should have tip jars so we can take care of them for their awesome service. Hopefully they make a fair and decent wage. Their selection is awesome. Very impressive. Awesome place, by far my favorite dispensary to hit up if Im in San Francisco or San Jose. The best selection and best brands. The workers are extremely helpful and dont try to rush. I would dare to say its one of the best dispensary around.

I have been to several and many Cannabis stores and none of them are like Airfield. All employees are super friendly and have knowledge about what is sold, be it flowers, or pax. Prices are the best in the Bay Area. The environment is super cool and organized. I love this place I am there every week.

Super nice. No lines at all, multiple EV chargers available, reasonable prices, and friendly knowledgeable staff. They had multiple choices for a CBD edible that would put me to sleep without getting me high. Of course, if you wanted to get high they had a wide variety in every form imaginable.

They have the best prices of any place near me and the bud tenders are friendly and helpful every single time!!I am disappointed that I can’t leave tips for the people serving me. Ive been going here for the past 2 years. Friendly and relatively quick. Bud is better quality than the guy down the street but not worth the price. Overpriced forsure. Today was my birthday and I didnt even mention it to the front desk but they recognized and told me to mention it to the bud tender. So I did, thinking I would get maybe a nice discount or a pre roll. No. I got a 2.3% discount. My total went from $84 to $82. I had more store credit then the discount they gave me. Maybe this is why I stopped going here. Thanks for the $2 birthday gift I guess.

Great place for beginners and experienced people to get their supply. Its in a weird location and the small area can get crowded easily. But its still a nice place.

Wow! What an awesome experience; I was like a kid in a candy shop. Chandler the budtender answered all the questions I had and was super helpful.

I should have pre-read text before posting, lol . Heres what I was trying to say, the product was okay marginal. Way overpriced for being in California. The pre-roll were over priced $16 for pre-roll I thought that was way too much.

Fantastic place. Its really gorgeous and clean. They have a great setup. You can view the mother room, and even take pictures of the clones.You bring your ID and medical card every visit. They gave me a first time flyer boarding pass. Once they clear you (took seconds) they allow you in the back to the budtenders.I recommend ordering online. You get to go into a shorter line and get a discount. They also allowed me to change my order while I was there, because I had accidentally ordered 2 of the same thing.I also got a $5 coupon to use next time. They keep track of your account and give you rewards back in the form of store credit.The budtender was a great gal with instant knowledge of what they had available. She helped me pick items for myself and my elderly father in law, of which she gave great recommendations based on his health and conditions to what strains and types of meds would be helpful for him.He enjoyed the 15mg THC capsules on his last day at home and said that they made him feel the best Ive felt in a long time. This was wonderful to hear, because he was hospitalized the next day due to pneumonia and passed on about a week later. I am forever grateful for the comfort, affordability, and variety I found at Airfield Supply. I couldnt find those pills at the place I normally go and he enjoyed them so much. You made his last day at home a really relaxing one.

Bad experience here. I have a service dog and one worker kept refusing service. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and uncomfortable. The wait was long for some unknown reason. They even went as far to give me a “questionnaire” of personal and illegal matter of questions that they weren’t even aware of. Very unprofessional. All I’m saying is that, if you have a service animal...be aware of the way they handle your situation.

My favorite place besides home...prices are reasonable but the staff is AWESOME! So impressed that I am remembered! Online and delivery orders super easy and convenient!!

Customer service is great and the place is always clean with friendly people. Also great on line ordering. The only thing I would avoid about airfield is the fact that the security guys think there cops with horrible Attitudes so dont be surprised if they act like they can tell you what to do.

Online ordering makes this an easy 5 star. If there is a line for online ordering its maybe a 10 minute wait, compare to the walk in line which can easily end up on the street Everyone on the crew is curtious and very helpful.

Stopped here on our friends recommendation who lives in town. I was pretty excited as it was my first trip to a dispensary. Waited in line for at least 25ish minutes which was a bummer, but once we were inside everyone was very friendly. I didnt feel prices were too bad. There were way more employees standing around doing absolutely nothing while I was there, while 3 people serviced the long line of people. Business must be doing pretty well to pay 10+ people to stand around.We got some flower, pre rolls, and pens. Personally, thee flower was just ok. However, the waxed dipped pre-rolls rolled in keef I would highly recommend. Overall, just a so so experience

Worst experience ever!! I have been to this place a dozen times. Every time I spend a good amount of money. The guy that help me today was name Raul . He Wouldn’t listen to any of my request and just brought whatever he wanted. I asked about the Labor Day sales and said we don’t have any! This is what we have.. poor customer service at its finest!!

Misleading cyber monday sale left a bad taste in my mouth. 30% discount only applied to eighth pricing and when I tried to verify over the phone they said website is down and just to come in, after waiting in line I paid more with the sale than I normally do elsewhere without the sale. Staff is friendly, although I do wish I could have saved myself the trip when I called but Im sure they were just too busy for the rep to field my question over the phone. Flower is good but no better than what I usually get at other local dispensaries for better pricing without any sales.
