This place is an unassuming shop in a generic looking strip mall but dont let that daunt you from trying out their sugary treats!When we entered the creamery, the waitstaff asked us if it was our first time there, and then went on to walk us through the regulars and the flavors of the month.I got the Frappuccino Almond Crackle in an Ube flavored waffle cone and my friends got the Walnut Chocolate Cake in waffle cones. Both were flavors of March so it was a no brainer to try them out.The frappe almond was outrageously good. The homemade crackle was scrumptious and the intermingling of the coffee flavor with bits of almond was oomph!My friends liked their ice creams too. They were described as being a bit bitter coz of the walnut, but the flavor grew on them and by the end, the ice cream was described as being a hit out of the park.10/10 would go back again!

We had a sweet tooth and decided to order some Ice Cream. We had never heard of this place. Found it through door dash. My friend got the coffee crush and I got 3 scoops. One was Madagascar Vanilla, Chocolate Trio and French Chocolate. It was absolutely amazing. Not your typical Ice Cream. Well for me anyways lol. We are on the south side of San Jose and this place is located on the east side. Our ice cream was delivered and didn’t melt at all. We are very satisfied with what we ordered and will be trying other items in the future. Thanks so much Sweet Fix Creamery.

I enjoyed the Give me Smores ice cream but Im pregnant and I do not like cereal (golden grahams) on my ice cream, it advertised that I would get graham crackers so when my boyfriend arrived at home with my order I was a little disappointed. However I might try something new for my sweet tooth.

Really great spot right next to the wing stop. The staff is friendly and follows protocol to socially distance people when there is a line. I ordered a two-scoop waffle cone with strawberry and cookies and cream. Love the Ice Cream here and recommend it to anyone that wants great desert on the east side of San Jose.

Real nice place. I got the cotton candy and hazel nut mocha. I really am not into cotton candy and all the weird flavors. However, Makaila (the employee) suggested it. I finished the f***ing PINT. Found this shop by accident. Good flavors and crisp tasting ice creams. Little on expensive side but better than prepackaged ice creams.

This review is for the employees. Every time I have gone I have been welcomed by different employees and they all have treated me super well. They can wait and dont push you to order. The ice cream is also pretty good, lots of flavors such as avocado ice cream.

Just went to Sweet Fix today and there ice creams are good BUT it says on their window limited occupancy is 4 and I was the only one there at the time with my husband and child and then multiple groups started showing up and there was about 7 people inside the store including me and husband and child which was 10 when it started getting crowded my husband and my child went to car while I waited for my ice cream. The employees did not implement the limit of people in the store.. just wish they followed their rules especially with COVID happening.

We saw a lot of ice cream shops, but none of them were selling homemade ice cream. Sweet Fix Creamery Ice Cream was, without a doubt, at the top of the list. Every flavor was delicious, and you simply had to try your homemade ice cream.

Employees are angels. The cookies and cream pint was ok. The smores ice cream I tried was ok minus the golden graham cereal on top. I would prefer to have graham crackers on top as advertised. Other than that three stars from me. I might return and try something else.

I was lucky enough to visit this dairy heaven. I was greeted with a wafting wave of air so sweet it practically left sugar in my nostrils. The French Toast was like a pleasant walk in the park. Unfortunately, The cereal milk ice cream however delicious, was overstated with soggy-yet stale cereal flakes. Such tragedies should be avoided at all costs. :(

Very good ice cream... flavor & texture.I had the Coffee Crush [$9.00 base]: coffee & hazelnut mocha ice cream, a drizzle of fudge sauce, espresso flakes (awesome), whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.•$0.75 each Add-on. I ordered two.I was underwhelmed by the thin wiggly stripes of hot fudge & marshmallow sauce add-ons. [now $10.50 +tax]The ice cream flavor was good, so there will likely be a next time, but I wont bother to pay for skimpy add-ons.

We went at around 10pm and ordered a bubble waffle with ice cream. She did with a left over and I hardly saw bubbles on that. She mentioned that is how it will be and she kept ice cream on the bubble waffle and put it in the cone which is leaking. She said that is how it will be. Ice cream tastes good but waffle sucks

My grandson and I always have a great time going here. We love to peruse the menu and come up with creative ideas to go with the great suggestions they already have. The owner is always trying new recipes, which are hard to come up with, as there are strict guidelines because they only use natural ingredients. Theyre always open to suggestions too. You used to be able to earn free ice cream before the pandemic. Friendly and attentive staff!

Great flavor selection of gelato and italian ices. So delicious! Very small store thus service is a bit slow. Customers tend to take a long time to decide on their choices for some reason. Been there a few times and its common practice. So expect lines even though they dont allow more than 4 or so in the store at a time.

Mmmm this place is pretty yummy. You can only taste up to 3 samples. I ended up getting the bananas chocolate brownie ice cream in a chocolate dipped cone with nuts. Super delicious hit the spot. They have some classic flavors and more unique ones as well as Italian ice. I tried a sample of the pistachio which was also really good you can taste the quality not like a fake flavor.

Good small-batch, homemade style ice cream with some unique flavors. Prices were on spot for the quality of ice cream. Black sesame imo was the tastiest. You can also get your ice cream in a ube waffle cone.

I’ve never written a review in my life so I feel very awkward right now. HOWEVER! The most ridiculously kind, beautiful, and sweet person gave me and my sister the best service I’ve had since the last time we went to Oregon, because we all know customer service in California sucks because we’re all entitled. Anyway, I didn’t get her name but she looks like an angel: her skin was much brighter and clearer than my future, wonderful smile, and GENUINELY SO KIND. Also the ice cream is very good and they make it there?! We’ll definitely be coming back

Found this hidden gem while returning from a hike in alum Rock. Flavors are not overwhelming perhaps due to the all natural flavors. Had their specialty Banana brownie and enjoyed it. The person who works there was very friendly as well

Best ice cream

Our first visit to this ice cream shop. We thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream. So many flavors to choose from. They had both dairy and non dairy options. And they give a huge scoop. We really liked that for tasting they use reusuable spoons. They also have 2 new flavor each month. Excellent customer service too.

This place is great! The establishment was small and clean. They have a variety of ice cream flavors that include their own house made ones. I would say the prices there are reasonable. They have a few chairs inside and as well as outside so that you can enjoy your dessert.

My husband went and got us sundaes from here and I was not happy with what I got for the price we paid. I ordered the Smores fix and it was anything but that. The marshmallows were supposed to be torched per the description and well that didnt happen. Not to mention that it tasted nothing like a smore. Yes the ice cream was tasty but I will be taking my money elsewhere. Make it per your own description if your going to charge the prices you charge

The ice cream is freshly made and delicious with two new flavors each month. We always take out-of-town guests here. There is very little seating though, and there seems to be new employees cycling through a lot.

The Black Sesame is my favorite, then the Ube. Im partial to those flavors since childhood. I do like their Madagascar vanilla, yes you can definitely taste the difference.Their flavors do rotate, so check whats on the board. I havent had their gelato yet, been to occupied trying every ice cream flavor. Buy a quart to take home, its definitely worth it.

Amazing Ice Cream, with friendly and upbeat service. What a blessing to this neighborhood. The flavor are to die for. They have your usual favorites, plus really unique flavor to boot. No more driving to Willow Glen just to get my fix, now that we have Sweet Fix. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff with amazing ice creams and Italian ices. I loved the inventive and decadent flavors. It was a home run in every way for me. Place is clean and well kept up and will be my regular go-to for ice cream.

The ice cream and the Italian ice is delicious. However, the customer service and they cones are not up to par.On one visit, I ordered one of their specialty cones. When I bit into it, it was stale.On the next visit, I brought my own mason jar (didnt want to get another cone but also didnt want to create extra waste by using one of their plastic containers). The worker helping me told me that she cant take my jar (thats fine, I understand there are rules to follow, even though I may not agree with them). When I asked her if they had a container that wasnt plastic, she offered me a plastic cup. Thankfully, the other worker overheard the conversation and offered to give me a compostable bowl.In the last 2 visits after that, I asked if I could have my order in the compostable bowl. I was told no each time and my order was put in a plastic to go container. My friend asked if she could have hers in a cup since she was driving and she could leave it in the cup holder. They told her no (even though they had them and packed similar orders before ours in them) and packed her order in the square plastic container instead. Unsure of why they have such strict policies, but they havent contributed to a positive customer experience 4 times in a row.

This place is aptly named - the ice cream is sweet and it’s got a hella creamy finish. Outstanding selection of choices for ice cream, gelato and its vehicle. Skip the hot fudge. The sundaes come with 3 scoops of ice cream. America! All in all, pretty good ice cream. 5 outa 5 for the area, 3.5 nationwide.

Oh my lord, the ice-cream here is so good. There is no sugar in the ice-cream, no dairy, and no gluten, I love the ice-cream here. The flavors are soooooo good

They have lots of variety of ice creams there that are very good in combos that you can put together very good good price if you have a sweet tooth I would go by and get some there are some weird ice cream selections there that I wouldnt eat sounds gross but other ones are good make your own topping and make your own Sundays okay price
