Had a defective watch and it was an easy switch out. The ladies that were working at the time (10/3/19 at 4 pm) were so nice and funny. Super great customer service!

I walked in somewhat knowing what I wanted for a watch, and left the store with a brand new time piece. A beautiful open face, self winding wristwatch that is an absolute joy to watch. The sales rep, Belinda, adjusted the band of the watch for me and made sure I was satisfied with it before I bought it.The store itself offers a hefty selection of accesories that are almost limitlessly customizable.

Maybe I just love this store so much because I purchased my gorgeous new watch there or its because its a well set out store with friendly staff and decent prices, probably both ;)Would have loved a little chuck in of an extra band for my smartwatch but hey beggars cant be choosers ;)Thanks for the help and advice!
