I recently purchased a vehicle from here and had a easy and awesome experience with San Jose Mitsubishi. I was interested in a certain vehicle I saw online. I had done my research and requested a test drive. Lam emailed me back to set a time and within an hour I was in the car driving. They had the car all ready for me to view. Lam was straight forward and made the process easy. I also worked with DJ on financing. He walked me through the numbers and answered all my questions. The gentleman there were friendly and wanted to help. They followed up with me as well which made it easy to give a review. I would recommend going here to anyone! I am very happy with the overall experience. I also love my car!
Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. My problem was a simple fix. If I do not call almost everyday it would had never been fixed. Car was supposed to be detailed. I could be wrong but a detailed car is not supposed have water spots. Inside of the car was not cleaned from the previous people that test drove the car. They better hope nothing happens during guarantee. Should had gone to Mazda or Subaru.I purchased the 2021 Outlander on 09/06. Sorry I did not see a button to reply to Owner’s response.

We were having car trouble on a family road trip from Seattle to Los Angeles, and stopped at San Jose Mitsubishi in hopes of them being able to help us right away. They managed to fit us in and get the problem fixed immediately. We were back on the road in an hour, and very grateful for their outstanding response!

Just bought a used car from this dealership.I will update this review once I pick up the car the day I was promised it will be ready.Update:I picked up the 2012 C250 MB today and I must say that Dj is really the man of his word according to Rodrigo( salesman) and I agree. The issue was resolved as promise. After driving around from Sunnyvale to San Mateo and looking for C250 or 238i that I will like .I finally found one that I like here at San Jose Mitsubishi. Their price is just about right, trust me on this. I know because Ive been to about 7 car dealership before I went to San Jose Mitsubishi. Two thumbs up will buy from them again I they have the car I want to have next.
Just wanted to write a quick review after having a refreshingly good experience at this dealership. The whole team, from Naomi (who replied to our online inquiry), to Ty (the salesman), to a young man who helped us after our test drive, were GREAT! Very friendly, low pressure, helpful, and accommodating. Other dealers could learn from these folks. We didnt end up buying the car, but all things being equal, Id go to them anytime.
I went to San Jose Mitsubishi for multiple services for my Mitsubishi Outlander. Oscar was the service desk person during those visit. Oscar did a very good job on following up for appointment for each time and made the sure my vehicle is in good condition. Very bad car buying purchase. I bought a 12 Diesel Mercedes from them. During the purchase, the salesperson said someone was in the middle of purchasing the vehicle and backed out. Shortly after leaving the lot the check engine light turns on. I looked under the dash and the obd2 port cover was open. I ran my scanner and the and the codes were recently cleared. I took the car back to the dealership and talked to manager for about two hours before he agreed to look at it. He gave me every excuse from the cars battery was replaced, just drive it and the code would clear on its own, to not his problem because I purchased the car as-is. A week later I got the car back and noticed it was leaking oil on my driveway. I booked an appointment with an independent shop to look at it. Took two weeks for that. The technician said it needs a new timing chain and oil cooler seal and no-bid due to the size of the job. I called 4 other Mercedes shops and nobody wants to touch it. Not sure what Im going to do with this brick of a car now, maybe fix it myself. The prices seemed reasonable at first glance and its easy to get caught up in the thought of a deal. Pay extra and get a third party inspection! Other than that the sales staff were friendly during the purchase and the paperwork went smoothly. Be careful of using the fast pace and fine text of the iPad for e-signatures. I accidentally declined the return clause and paid $500 for a anti-theft warranty.
The worst experience ever getting a new car is supposed to be fun they literally just ruined my day probably won’t even buy a Mitsubishi now cause my experience was so terrible if I could I would give a negative star review stay away from this place they up charge like crazy!!!

Lam is the best salesman I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to provide us the service that led us to purchasing the vehicle thru him. After meeting him for the first time, i didn’t want to jump into buying a vehicle too quickly so I went and looked for other vehicles elsewhere but I ended up coming back to Lam and he was more than happy to continue the process of purchasing a Tesla S. Wish I could give zero stars! They ran my credit check (didn’t tell me they will do a hard pull that cost me 14 points) and gave me a ridiculous APR of 17% and my credit score was almost 750. Now, my credit is down, they’re still making hard inquiries as we speak and when I called them they said we can make as many inquiries as we want. Already told them I’m not interested before still they’re running up my credit. Worst thing is they have all my info still and I’m scared they might do something else with it.

I inquired for/about a auto service on something but did not receive a response on it so in dropping by I thought it would be better but the information was just on scheduling an appointment with no well informed Estimate. The people were nice but I did not feel like I was receiving any service. The person who I spoke with did not seem to communicate well As In understanding what I was asking for and I stated it in description of auto concerns a few times regarding a printed estimate and he said he was good on what he says on his word but seemed to be uninterested in putting a Service Quote on paper to give to the owner of the vehicle I went there in care for.

Bought a used Lexus RC from this dealership. 5 star service all around. Matthew and Julio were very transparent in pricing, explaining details, warranties and their two year maintenance plans. Securing financing was very easy. Helped me get the best interest rate possible. Explained every step in detail and I didn’t feel like I was been taken for a “ride”. So refreshing unlike the typical haggling and “let me see what I can do by talking to my manager” BS! In and out with my new ride! If you’re looking for a no nonsense dealership that prides itself on transparency, you should go here!
On 5/8/2020 I made the car purchase and at first everything went well. Matthew was very informative about the used vehicle I purchased. However I ran into multiple issues since then and have been back to the dealership more times than I would have wanted.1. There was a strong odor emitting from my vents which I did not notice until the day after I took the vehicle home. After googling searching I came to the conclusion there could be mold in my evaporator coil. I messaged SJ Mitsubishi and they told me to bring the car in for them to take a look. When I arrived, Oscar, the mechanic, told me all cars are like that and I would need to circulate my air using my air fan in the car. He did NOT even bother to inspect or go into the car. Why tell me to come in if you arent going to look at the car?2. A few weeks of driving my front brakes wore out. I brought the car to the auto mechanic and he was unable to find the key to unlock the locking lug nut for the four wheels. I called SJ Mitsubishi and they stated they would give me a reimbursement for the fees of taking off the security lug nut and replacement by the mechanic. I then drove over to the dealership to give them the receipt. I followed up weeks later and they said they misplaced the receipt. Good thing I made a photocopy and resent them the receipt. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive the reimbursement. I have followed up but only received responses that they are still working on it. Just a few days ago, I stopped receiving a response.3. The mechanic who changed my brakes ran the license plate on the car and it came back as a Chrysler, which is incorrect because I purchased a Lexus. I had to once again reach out to Matthew to ask why my plates were wrong? He said that he made a mistake and didnt print the temporary license plate. Therefore I had to return to get the plate taken off and replaced with a temporary license plate. Which is another trip to the dealership.When purchasing any car at SJ Mitsubishi you will be charged $199 for anti-theft warranty, $199 for Zurich shield warranty, and a $80 administrative fee. The two warranty charges are heavily favored for the dealership I guess to recoup fees for marketing costs. Other than that, I got an excellent price on my car.I would have definitely paid a bit more to not have to have gone through this headache.
I just had a great experience with San Jose Mitsubishi buying a car from my daughter. Both Rafael and Matthew were very direct from the beginning and very transparent . I contacted them early Sunday ( I live 45 miles away in Concord) morning and I showed up at the dealership at 2:00 p.m. where the car was ready and the transaction was closed quickly and efficiently. No BS like I like it. If you like it is what it is service you will love the San Jose Mitsubishi One Price service experience!
