Staff are excellent, they really work meet customers needs. I bought a riding suit a little under a year ago and loved it. I had a couple minor pieces break and Jessica was very helpful in getting it sent in for warranty work. Based on my interaction with her, they seem to have good relationships with their brand reps as well as their customers, making me very confident that my needs will be met. They also have a great selection to try on and compare and very competitive pricing, especially if youre buying more than one item of protective gear at a time. I get all my helmets here, as well as any other major piece of gear.

Was looking for a place to buy quality motorcycle gear close to home and at a reasonable price. This is where I was recommended to go and they were right! Sales staff is very helpful, even with someone 100% new to riding. I went initially for a helmet. Saleswoman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Encouraged me to try lots of different ones on and wear them for 5 minutes or so to see how they felt. I was able to find the perfect one for my head but it did take trying on more than a couple. They are more than willing to order whatever you want in the color you want if they dont have it in stock and they do have a LOT! I have already gone back for a couple of additional items and have a leather jacket on order, picking up two days after ordering! Prices are much better than other places I went. I will be making this my go to place for motorcycle gear!

This place is great. I used to always shop at a different motorcycle store, but found this one on google. This place has everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Big plus for me is they arent like your usual salesmen, who follow you everywhere and are extremely pushy. These guys just answer your questions and let you be. I would most definitely continue shopping here.

Im sad to see this place go as I have been a customer for many many years. Every single one of my bikes has always had a part or parts come from Road Rider. Im very sad to see it close down but Im very happy to see him retire and enjoy the rest of his life without having to worry about customers and all the other stress that comes along with owning a business. I called this stores main line to ask some questions about a product. The representative, Deena, who took my call is probably one of the most helpful and professional people Ive ever talked to in my 12 years of spending too much money on gear. Not only did she answer all questions thoroughly, she even asked if I would like her to contact the manufacturer for further information and call me back.Customer service seems to be rare these days, I dont live in the area but if I can support this company in the future I will go out of my way to do so.

Good shop you can trust with all their work. Smaller selection than C.G. Employees are people of Integrity which is hard to find these day. Ask questions and they will find you an answer.

Great brick and mortar place to get equipment and tires. give them a chance to meet or beat online pricing. they are worth even a bit extra as they will handle issues with your purchase much faster.

These guys rock. Their prices are the most fair, compared to any other local motorcycle shop. They did however raise the price for tire mounting..which stinks. If they dont have a product you want, it normally will arrive in a day, which is awesome. Some staff are abrasive (youre at work, act like it) but some are awesome. I highly recommend this Road Rider.*update* my most recent visit and interaction with the owner and two staff members was really great.

Most people go here for gear but they have an excellent parts dept that knows what they are talking about. If they dont have it, they can get it for you in a couple of days.Im very particular and these guys are able to meet or exceed my expectations every time.Other Motorcycle gear shops that are nearby cant hold a candle to this place.

This was a GREAT motorcycle shop. Unfortunately they are closing. But congratulations to the owners and wish them a happy retirement.

A great place to get motorcycle parts and gear. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Picked up a new jacket and found one for my son.

The guys here are honest and experienced. Was in and out within 30 mins with all my gear. Just tell them what youre looking for and theyll find it.

I like this store. But why do you sell tires, but will not remove and replace them? I have a giant Road Glide Ultra and zero interest in the trouble of removing the wheels everytime I need new ones. If you sell tires, you should install them.
