Ordered #1 rare steak, flank, brisket, tendons and tripe with rice noodles. #16 seafood with rice noodles. Meats were good and gave big portions of noodles. The broth was good and not too salty. The seafood one had the same broth and noodles but with seafood. Condiments came with the soups.Ate outside where tables were setup. I would eat here again.
Vietnamese themed plaza with food, groceries, fashion, and other services tailored to the Vietnamese population. Dont let this deter you, though; the food in the food court is better than your average Viet-American mix of flavors. You will be surrounded by Vietnamese people which lets you know that you are in the authentic flavor town from South East Asia. The plaza can get busy early as people are early birds, but comon down for a real taste of Vietnam, in San Jose.
Great plaza for groceries and take out.
Its ok just way over ceowded and a bit messy
My favorite Asian grocery store by far. Surprisingly well organized with relatively good customer service, this convenient location offers a wide selection of fresh East Asian (Vietnamese-Chinese) fruits, veggies, meats, spices, sauces, dry goods, etc. with plenty of parking. I particularly like the different kinds of tofus, from silky soft to firm to fried. Weekends can be very busy so planned accordingly.
It was indeed a large shopping mall with a great product selection. The prices are cheaper than in other malls, and everything here was perfectly awesome. This shopping mall is really the best place where you can stroll and eat some tasty foods in the corners. I really appreciate everything here! Highly recommended!
Came here for Com Tam Thien Huong inside. The register lady is rude. Horrible
This place is so filthy. This place needs a very good power wash cleaning.
No longer the go to spot for visiting Viet. With Covid, this mall is hanging by a thread
Legit Viet food! 10/10 already omw back
The best foods intown
This place is completely dead vs many years ago
Good place to find traditional Vietnamese food. Also, theres a Asian supermarket for convenience grocery shopping.
Need lots off cleanliness.. it doesnt look like they care to clean inside or outside of the store floor & cooked food smell everywhere
Pick any fish and they cook it in front with your choice of minutes. Tilapia was $ 2.99 per pound. I bought two fish for five dollars. After cooking in fryer the fish were wrapped in wax paper and sealed in plastic bags. Definitely no leak and my two guests finished everything gobbled up.
Lion plaza is very friendly people even we are in a different culture .. its beautiful .. try to go there and find the little china town for your self . Enjoy a lot of Asian foods around ..
A great place to hang around with friends and families on the weekend. They have a lot of Vietnamese restaurant inside the mall.
The best gift shops....and for professional business...
My son and I were here for the first time, a week after Tet .. the settings and business are pretty much resembol of home in Vietnam... although it wasnt busy as I expected...but its enough to call it home away from home ☺️
Very good places to eat and shop here
Great place to shop and eat
Old school place, fresh food for a reasonable prices
Good food . Good location
Very nice, lists of variety and lots of restaurants to choose
One of my favorite Asian supermarket, pretty busy so meat and produce are fresh.
Lion has all my favorite spies n fresh fish, yum.
Excellent source Vietnamese food
Typical Asian grocery store. Prices on produce are generally lower then most grocery chains. Since this is an Asian grocery store, they have lots of specialty items from Asia. The parking is busy and can get crowded.
It is clean people who work there are friendly
Good old place but no luck today when buying food and they sold out!
Great place to buy traditional Vietnamese food items, such as sandwiches, pastries and my favorite green waffles
This plaza is deserted... No shoppers aroud....
This place need to upgrade.
I like 99 Ranch market more, but this place is closer to me. Itll do...
Clean and safe place
I literally drive from San Francisco to eat at this place. I love New Nuong Cuon so much!
Lovely
It was safe and clean. Security comes out as well.
Love it there
They had Nori and great veggies
Very good place to shops and dining.
Dirty parking lot
Had the seven-course beef, which was delicious and exciting! We built our own spring rolls with a wide variety of beef preparations and fresh crispy veggies. It was an education in itself (wrapping those things is tricky, but fun!) and a new approach for both of us to Vietnamese cuisine.
TK #1
One of the cleanest lion store in san jose
Love Nga Trangs restaurant. Love Phó Hoa & Jazzen Tea, love the Lion grocery store and all the little Asian shops.
Convenient, has something you want to eat, something you want to fix, something you want to cook with, come here youll find it.
The cashier needs to be little friendly to their customers. Not just rush and dont even thanks their customers for support the local market.
Prices a little more expensive compared to other Asian markets.
They have many asians food and they have the Best tasting Bbq duck
One of the original Vietnamese strip malls in East San Jose. Once very bustling, now surpassed by other more recent developments. Food court is still interesting if youre adventurous.
Typical oriental store. Prices of produce are better than most supermarkets.
Great food court! Love this Asian market.
Convenient market with fair Asian food
Most asian foods there are many lion stores it depends where you are at all are good but depends on where you get the whats demanded there. Story Rd latin influence tully Viet, capital exp. Viet, Cupertino Chinese,
Good fresh Asian food market and a lot fresh sea food
I go here all the time. They have good prices, plenty of parking, and a good selection.
Its a good place ..depending on the need of tthe person.. For my need it was good cause the reason i went it was taken care off...
Clean and safe for business
Okay Asian grocery market; it has almost all the authentic Asian needs you want to find.
Dirty and parking & safety issues.
I got ripped off so bad here its embarrassing 🙁 bad business.
Alot of Asian selections
Okay plaza.
They do have all the Asian fares that you need. But, the store is so cramped with stuff, dirty and crowded that discourages me from shopping there.
Needs to be cleaner & organized the selling stuff. Too messy!
On April 2018, visited this so-claim Vietnamese town again because of its large population of Vietnamese at (Tully @ San Jose). Numerous Vietnamese cafe and restaurants with delicious Pho at reasonable price.
Finding parking here in this shopping center really sucks...always packed
Great soil milk can drinks
Good food, nice community, reasonable prices.
Great mall complex. some really nice stores
Good price and wide selection
Convenient and cheap food
Pretty sufficient in most Asian groceries from poultry, live, fresh, frozen, dried seafood, vegetables to fruits, seasoning, kitchen wares .... tea, coffee, .... cigarettes and liquors.Everything that serve your mouths.
Vietnamese groceries market.
Great for shopping asian food
Every thing Asian you could ever want.
Good place to get some coffee.
Price reasonable
I love this place.
Sunrise glasses
Typical North American Asian supermarket. It is big and has a large fruit and vegetable section
It has a dirty floor and the staff have outdated tech......
Great place for oriental food.
To drop some bodys
Got what I need.noce
This location is busy, beautiful, and super crowded during lunar new years. I still recommend visiting for the experience.
Good Plaza!
Okay market
Loved the tofu!
Bad costumer service
Dirty and smelly. I couldnt stand it, left without any purchase.
