CPAP Services has excellent service at reasonable prices, two very rare qualities in the CPAP/Durable Medical Equipment business. The staff is pleasant, competent and easy to deal with. They are particularly good at dealing with Medicare and insurance issues. (Queena in San Jose and Elise in Records have been especially helpful.) In my long experience, this is BY FAR the best CPAP/DME supplier Ive used. Highly recommended!

I have been using CPAP Services for about a year. I have struggled with getting a good match of accessories for me. Today I needed to order new supplies. I had questions and needed solid advice. Elise was very helpful with the insurance matters and she urged me to speak to Kasandrah, a therapy sleep coach. She is extremely knowledgeableand helped me to choose what would most likely suit my needs and what would be safe. She was professional and pleasant.

Ive been really happy with CPAP Services. I feel really supported. They helped me figure out the right mask to use. They worked with me through all my questions. It also makes me feel good knowing they can monitor whats going on to make sure things are working well for me in order to optimize my health. At the end, I just felt like everything was going to be ok.

I have been with CPAP Serivces for many years now. I went to them on a whim when I needed supplies right away, and remembered them as a place where a friend worked in Reception at the time. I got great service, despite them being out-of-network at the time.Happy to report that both the in-person and telephone service have both only been 5-star, especially before and now that COVID is here. Everyone that I have encountered in the office have been professional and friendly.However, if it were possible, I would give 6 stars each to what I consider a dream team: Loan Chao on the Technician side and Elise Alford on the backend/phone side.These ladies have been a-ma-zing! Ive had the pleasure of working with Loan at her previous company. By chance, one day I walked into CPAP Services and there she was! I was beyond thrilled. She is so warm and friendly that we hugged each other while jumping up and down (this was, obviously, pre-COVID).I started dealing with Elise after receiving her info from my insurance company. She was even kind enough to give me her direct extension! I especially appreciate her tenacity - she has helped me find information for some not-easily-solved situations.If you are looking for a reliable DME company, I would highly recommend them!My last visit was this past Friday, where I went to pick up my new machine. Elise scheduled me with Loan. Loan did a fabulous job, taking all the proper precautionary measures. The office itself also did, limiting the capacity to two patients (I was the only one when I went).Dealing with Sleep Apnea, whether recently diagnosed or not can be a tiring affair (pun not intended), but CPAP Services has helped to soften the blow.

My experience was very positive. My cpap machine was broke and Im from out of town.They did everything they could to fix it. When it couldnt be fixed I was able to rent one.After giving them the proper documents. I had been without proper sleep for a couple of days. I thank God they were there and able to help me. Wish I could give 10 stars 😍💖Thanks Laura and Michael you guys are the best. 😘

I have had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. For a company that is supposed to be helpful, it is the opposite.The phone system is complex. One calls a Central operator and they connect you to a person or location. This process always involves a long time on hold while they try the number. Usually this results in getting an answering machine and the person no matter who it is does not call back.It’s critical when working with health concerns that the person at the company calls back in a timely manner. That means same day.On October 25th I called three times to talk to someone and this is Monday October 28, at noon and no return call.Very unhappy. Clare McIntyre

Sent cronies to our house to harass us into retrieving a breathing machine. Never called. Never sent a letter. But their scary agent wouldnt leave until we threatened to call the cops. We have video surveillance of him and the cops said to call immediately if he returns because hes trespassing

My experience so far has been great, thanks to the warm and detailed help from Loan Chau! Loan guided me with the C-PEP usage, instruction, initial setup, mask selection, including a mask replacement for size mismatch after a two-week trial. With her suggestions (not push), I also purchased a SoClean for clean-up of the mask by ozone, a very useful too to a busy and lazy guy like me! I was told the C-PEP is rental (owned by my insurer) for 18 month or so ... before becoming my own., and replaceable every 3 years. Very satisfied so far. Thanks!

If you ever get a real person on the phone, go buy yourself a lottery ticket. You can phone. You can leave messages. You can go to their office in Capitola. Theres no way to contact real people or to get a return phone call. Even their office is closed for reconstruction. How long can it take to remodel a tiny office? Why didnt they remodel before they moved in? Why dont they at least give a date when the office will reopen? Apparently, their clients are not a priority. I think the people who gave this place five stars were on the wrong page.

The worst. This feels like one big insurance scam. Once they get what they need for payment, they completely disregard you. Every time I call, its a different sleep specialist who gives me the run around. They keep asking for random things that they already have [i.e. the name of my doctor... whose name is on the paper work that I faxed over and they confirmed receipt.] They keep promising to call you back, and they dont. Now I worry that they have hijacked my insurance.

Purchased my CPAP from this company. Received a notification from my insurance that they had made a payment for monthly rental. Further research, showed they had been billing my insurance for months. Called and spoke to a Manager Oscar Morales. Issued me a credit for the inconvenience, went to use it a year later and they no longer would honor it. Can we say... Insurance fraud!

Staff was rude,condescending and were disrespectful. They didnt explain WHY certain documents were needed, just that they were needed. I found another company who treated me with respect & were a ton less expensive

Have been calling them for three days and no return call, I dont understand how a company can stay in business that treats customers like this. Do not waste your time with this company

I cannot stand a customer service organization that does not provide a real person to answer the telephone for customer questions. It is ridiculous to have to wait for up to 24 hours to maybe receive a phone call back, probably when I am not at home. To return the call, I will have to go through the sames experience all over again. I am frustrated!! The only reason I did not give this business a one star rating is the they have answered the phone in the past and have been responsive.
