Holds a special place in my heart, not only for my absolute favorite appetizers such as cheese twist, and buffalo wings, but for the family who owns it. They are always so funny sweet carrying and authentic. Anyone I bring loves the food and wants to go back. The food is priced good. They have moved from previous location at the plant, to another location. Food is made with love wish I could give them 10 stars.

Pizza was full of flavor,wasnt greasy,tomato sauce was generous. They made accommodations for me when i asked to make the garlicky chicken pizza with marinara sauce.they gave me extra buffalo sauce for the wings in a cup. Im not sure why others are giving 1 star because maybe they like greasy and oily pizzas.

Me and My daughter took a lunch break together, found out this place has vegan pizza! The pizza was delicious, the cheese melts good and has a nice taste, we got veggies on top with pineapples it was yummy. The service was great! I was told if I sign upfor rewards (just entering your phone#)and received instantly a free drink! Since I homeschool on a regular basis this will be one of our spots! They also do 3rd party delivery so I may even just take some to go...Also they have WiFi!! We’re definitely coming back and becoming a regular.

This straw hat does not meet company standards at all. While the staff ( franchise owners)were friendly, that does not make up for THEIR child running around the store and even in the kitchen unmasked and ungloved. Spent $60 on 2 large pizzas that most would consider a medium, missing toppings on a heart attack pizza and very little topings on both pizzas.. While straw hat prides themselves in excellent pizza and that is what I have gotten at other franchises, the one should really take a look and stop cutting corners.

Nice staff and nice atmosphere for a small group to celebrate a birthday. They now offer vegan and gluten free options so no one was excluded from eating. Prices are fair and they offer family meals. The salad bar was standard but everything was fresh.

Tried the Garlicky Chicken pizza, and The Works pizza. Both smelled really good, but sadly both tasted 100% meh. Not bad. Not good. Just meh. They both lacked flavor and didnt have enough salt. But they were 50% off with the Tuesday deal, so cant complain too much. If you want to try their pizza, do it on a Tuesday between 4-9pm when they have the half-off-any-large-pizza deal. Thats the only way you dont regret it.

This spot is worth a visit. They serve large portions for reasonable rates. Constantly neat and with awesome ambience. I highly recommend this place.

If it were only possible to give as many stars to this yummy place as they put pepperoni on their pizzas. Not only do they have the best food, but the staff is beyond cool. What a treat! I even got a personal magic show that was flawless. Hit up this magic spot!

Fresh and tasty. Salad bar had beautiful green freshly chopped crisp iceberg no browning or dryness to the lettuce and a great selection of fresh toppings. Only one person working...she was awesome. Honestly I have no idea how she does it....but lets get her some assistance.

Pizza at this spot - delicious. Visited on a Thursday. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The place has a cool feel to it. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

Great fresh pizza, been going my whole life. Their pizza never disappoints. The lunch buffet on weekdays is a great deal especially if you have a huge appetite like I do.

The food was very good, especially loved the garlic twists, but also all of the pizzas we had (combo, pepperoni, veggie and cheese). The only negative was how expensive their sodas are, but I guess thats part for the course these days. Overall great place to get some good pizza.

Ordered through doordash - horrible quality, bad ingredients. Its hard to mess up simple pepperoni pizza but that one was close to the worst I ever had. Also waaaaayyy overpriced.

A last-minute birthday collapse led us to come here unplanned instead. The staff went to great lengths to ensure we were all happy and well- fed despite the chaos we brought into their establishment. I am extremely satisfied with their exemplary service and definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing paneer naan. Tandoori chicken to die for. Excellent and prompt service. Mild is slightly more spicy than normal, so order mild medium if you cant handle the heat. Everything is really delicious, flavorful and savory. Hidden gem!

Friendly family owned franchise is cosy and the food is better than expected. Good place to take kids and theres an air hockey table. However, the kitchen is slow so dont expect to get in and out quickly unless youre doing the lunch buffet.

Pizza was decent/pricing but my stars are based off of ordering an all meat pizza for pick pick up. The whole process of talking to an automated machine having to press a certain number multiple times. To get referred to some lady that asks if I have Door Dash or not. Then you gotta give them all this info. Then got referred back to the automated machine, had to due the whole process then finally got to talk to an actual person who works at the pizza place. Placed an medium all meat which apparently they call it something else. Idk just to much excess work & hassle to just order a medium all meat for pick up....

The folks here are so nice and cordial. It is the first thing that hits you when you get there. Now, the pizza is great? Just what you can expect from a juggernaut like Straw Hat.

The buffet is reasonable but not anything to rave about. Pizza is just aa step above the frozen pizza i make at home. The works pizza that I ordered for lunch was lacking on the amount of toppings it looked nothing like the picture on the menu and it was a bit cold in the middle section of the slice when i took a bite. If you order a soda it is free refills but the size of the cup i would estimate it to be about 8oz about the size cup I would give to a small child, so you can fill it as many times as you want but your going to have to make a lot of trips to get a far amount of soda. At least that was my experience and it will cost $2 +tax.

The employees & manager has a awesome & very welcoming attitude. Plus the pizza is amazing love this place with all its sport channel on makes it feel like a sports bar, definitely will be back for more for the pizza & a place to enjoy with my family dinner.

The lunch buffet is a joke. Ive microwaved better pizza. The pizza was stale and the cheese was rubber. And there is one half serving of bread twists put out at a time, so if there are two or more people in your group you have to wait while they make up half a serving at a time.

Loved it. Tried a new pizza. No tomato sauce, Alfredo sauce, chicken, pineapple, onions and jalapeños.

What is the definition of great customer? Is this Straw Hat pizza at the The Plant in San Jose. Placed an order for 2 large pizzas for pick up, Sunny the manager calls me back to offer to delivery instaed of me picking ip. Saved time and money for great pizza.

Ordered two pizzas and a 2 liter of soda... Soda never came. Called the store and just a complete blank I have no idea what to do response from the gal. How about a refund of my unreceived item? Or why dont you make the delivery guy bring it to me??? The pizza was average at best... Also dont feel obligated to tip the driver they have a delivery fee that is added to your bill. Also, the bill is not itemized so you have no idea what they are charging you for (ex. delivery fees etc.) Needless to say I am looking for another pizza place that will deliver.
