Why would I pay for other work to be done just to have a $20 dollar oil change? Its a brand new car with only 20,000 miles. Simple transaction. Called and emailed 8 dealerships in the area and the people at Capistrano Valley Toyota not only worked out the best price with me, they were by far the best communicators. This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had!!! My salesman, Fred, did everything in his power to get the deal that I wanted and he made it happen! He was extremely kind, listened to me, and made my wife and I very comfortable while we had to wait for normal car buying stuff!!! He is truly a great asset to this dealership!!! When we got to finance, always the most dreaded part of the deal, Robert made what always feels like an all day process feel like a half an hour. I’m not sure it was actually much longer than that. Exceptional customer service I received from both Sales Carlos Perez-Ramirez and Scott from the financing Department from start to end. Both Very professional and knowledgeable. There service there was top notch that I refer my uncle and aunt to them and they were able to provided the same service. My uncle and I got two cars out of the lot there in less 4 days from Carlos and will definitely come back. There prices are the best around and they do not included additional dealership accessories on Certified and Used cars. Straight forward dealership with no hidden fees. They will give you out the door prices and will beat the prices to earn business. I drove 1 hour and 20 mins for Rav 4 but was totally worth it. If you need a Car ask for Carlos Perez Ramirez you wont be disappointed.

Excellent service by my service writer, Jose Rizo. He and his team took great care of me and my car. They were professional, courteous, quick but thorough, and made sure my car was serviced properly. I highly recommend this service writer. I am a long-standing customer of the original dealership, with very high standards, and expect a higher level of customer service. When my old service writer, Justin, left I was heartbroken. When the dealership sold, I was heartbroken again. Based on the service I received at the new dealership and from my new service writer, I know that I am (still) in good hands. He not only met my expectations, he and his team exceeded them. I booked a Service appointment on the phone with someone. The appointment was for 7:30AM. I show up at 7:30 in the morning just to be told that they cant fit me in and I have to come in tomorrow. The Service department is a joke. They are unmotivated and rude. Please go to a different Toyota dealership because this one is giving the brand a bad name.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma in August. Got a great price they really worked with me. Very happy with my purchase Im just disappointed in customer service for auto service. Called to schedule my 5,000 mile service care last week, I called 4 times and the phone rang many times then it hung up on me. Later in week I called and got front desk, transferred me to service department and got message machine. I left all information and as of today no return call. I will taking it to Auto Nation Toyota

For a car dealership theyre not very motivated. Had to walk up and find a worker to help. Rick was on a break but was very courteous and helpful. Hes the only reason I gave it a star. Otherwise Id give it no stars if I could. Not impressed with this place. Test drove a used vehicle. It was dirty. Gunk on the gear, food stuck in the back seat belt, inside was beyond dusty. Vehicle was more than I was willing to pay, but they didnt even try to show me something that was in my budget.

My son brought his one year old 4Runner (under 16K) in because the center console latch broke, its a silly little piece. they told him to order it over the internet as Toyota wouldnt cover it. I called as I didnt understand why. They said because he broke it. No, it broke from regular use.I called Crown Toyota where I bought it, without them seeing it, its already in the mail already.

My husband and I had an awesome experience at Toyota Capistrano Valley! In particular, Michael was amazing, when we arrived on the lot there were a few vehicles we wanted to test drive, he happily let us take them all out and gave us his advice on each model. My husband and I took a few days to make up our mind on what vehicle suited us best and when we contacted Michael with the model, color interior and exterior we wanted he sourced the exact model within a day. All the paperwork and finance was super easy and the staff we had contact with were super friendly and helpful. I recently bought a brand new 2021 RAV4 XLE PREMIUM from this dealership. I traded in my 2017 Toyota Camry SE for it, since I wanted to replace it for something higher with similar comfort. Tyler our salesman is very professional and knowledgeable and worked with me over the phone to get the deal going, since I live under two hours away from the dealership. I had initially inquired about another RAV4, but it was sold while I was inquiring about it. But Tyler informed me there was another identical coming in within a few days and he would keep me posted, which he did. I can’t thank Tyler enough for making the transaction so smooth from beginning to end. I definitely recommend this dealership and Tyler!!! The service went very well along with suggestions of work that should also be done. This helped me a great deal and gave me options to perform the service myself or have them do the work. Robert was very easy to work with and time frame for service and completion went as promised. I would especially like to acknowledge Jacki Moore for her help on a previous contact that involved several lug nuts that had been damaged by this dealership (I knew this as this service department are the only ones who have removed my tires for routine rotations) that I discovered while trying to purchase tires at Costco. She researched and found a reasonable solution for the lug nut issue, after the original service consultants suggestion was to replace all lug nuts at my expense which would have been several hundred dollars. I was very disappointed in his handling of my problem, with both attitude and solution. Another parts department consultant gave me the best advice by suggesting I speak with Jacki. After speaking with her, she found a reasonable solution to the lug nut issue, and made sure I would not have the problem in the future. She also offered me replacement tires at a better or equal price than I found at Costco and ultimately, while being initially very discouraged by the behavior of the service writer, because of Jacki I was very satisfied with he outcome and had new tires.. I went in for my Toyota Care + service and needed front brakes and rotor resurfacing. The service team was very helpful and quick and I was satisfied with my service. I forgot however that I had a coupon for $30 off the brake job they recommended and asked if I could bring it back in to get a credit. Although I know it was a pain for them to reopen my work order and refund the coupon amount, it was very much appreciated and I will be back for added service. Maria the new advisor was pleasant and quick with my request and I appreciated that as well.

So hard to get a hold of any one person. Was shuffled around to four different people and never heard anything back from anyone. The people I did talk to gave me the runaround. I wont be coming back to this dealership. I was interested in the Tundra and they only had two to chose from, though likely no fault of their own.

I recently took my 2011 4runner to Capistrano Valley Toyota for service. I was unaware that there had been a change in ownership but I immediately knew that I would be well taken care of when I met service director Roy Tunno. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and expressed how the new ownership group planned on making the dealership better the ever. I scheduled my appointment and mentioned to him about a large tear in my armrest that I needed to get repaired, he immediately contacted one of his upholstery guys and said he would take care of it. The next day I brought my car in and Jose in service took care of everything. I dropped it off in the morning and he called me with updates throughout the day. When I picked up my car that afternoon the service was done promptly and better yet my armrest was completely restored and looked brand new! I was so impressed with the attention to detail and responsive communication that I will definitely bring my 4runner back CV Toyota for service in the future.
