This is the only dealer I bring our Toyotas to for service. It also happens to be where I found the best deal on my Tundra. However, I believe the ownership changed hands in the last year or two, and I dont know if I like the service department as much as I used to. Time will tell, but they havent done me wrong yet.

When purchase vehicle got offer from dealership for life time free oil change every 10K miles. Now they are telling me if you want free oil change you have to do the recommended service with us. Which estimated $250

A little ambiguous on timing, but friendly clean environment for waiting. The work was pricey, but necessary and was very thankful.

Literally was quoted 7-8k on a job that only took $60 in parts and just over an hour in labor. Obviously didn’t get my truck repaired here, but can only imagine the nightmare if I wouldn’t have gotten 2nd and 3rd opinions. I’m sure there are professionals at this shop and Mo from parts was very helpful, but the two guys that talked to me were 100% about ripping me off and taking advantage of me. When I started asking questions one of them seemed passive aggressive. I’d recommend you only go here for warranty issues and otherwise go to a local mech.

Detailed, quality, timely service. Prompt shuttle to and from home. 120k miles 11 years old, this Tacoma runs as new.

Apparently the dealership change of owners amd they are not given free oil change anymore. Unfortunately, the service they are giving me is too bad, and I called more than 4 times to ask what the status of my car is, which has been in their establishment for more than 3 weeks due to something that they themselves ruined my car after take to a serviceAnd I still do not know an answer about the status of my car and not an estimate of when it will be ready, I call on the manager to put their hand in this matter so that he can solve his bad work of his employee who assists the services of his clients I believe that in seeing to gain more clients they rather lose them because of their bad work
