I just moved back to the area from Michigan to take care of my ill mother. The entire staff at Vincent Michael salon was so warm and welcoming. Vincent gave me one of the best trendy and edgy haircuts I have had in a very long time! I will be back! Thank you Vincent!

No masks. Hair dryers blowing all the time while the owner and other male stylist talking loudly, over the hair dryers, spittle flying through the air. The male stylist, an older gentleman dressed like a 20 something..complained about people at the airport during a recent trip with his mom. He bragged about not having a fever while traveling and complained others traveled while sick..being irresponsible. Seriously? 8 months into a pandemic and you still do not know that a person is contagious without ANY symptoms??! Without a fever..you can easily infect others. I wore a mask the whole time..almost 4 horrible hours while owner and others behaved recklessly..no masks, no sanitizing of anything that I saw such as shared chairs under dryer or shampoo bowl. I paid $200 for a haircut and color that I did not like and it was miserable being there. I left Vincent Michael Salon and went to Supercuts afterwards where they gave my hair some shape...masks of course required by stylists and customers. The Supercuts owner told me It is a health law to use masks...plus it would just be irresponsible if we didnt do it, law or no law. From now on I will use Clairol root touch up for any grays. Total cost for a hair cut, tip and color will now be about $40 and not $200 and I wont have to endure spittle flying, being blown at me by employees using hairdryers, in an indoor enclosed space during a Pandemic.

Great hair salon. Very personal, individualized service. Whatever time they tell you it will take to perform a service is the truth; they dont run overtime like most other salons do. Prices are fair and reasonable. My hair never looked so good, and it was a mess when I first came in. I am very satisfied and recommend the Vincent Michael Salon most highly!

Called to make a appointment with Vincent for a Brazilian blowout. He asked me to send pictures of the hair and then said he cant work on it, its not going to work! No suggestions, no alternate treatments or even ask for higher price!! Just straight up refused service. I dont recommend this place.

Vince has been cutting my hair since 1989 when he was on Rodeo Drive. I got so lucky when he relocated here to South OC and opened his beautiful and down to earth Salon . You wont be disappointed, I promise :)

My Mom and I both started coming here over 11 years ago, and were very happy with everything. My Mom got her hair cut by Vince until she passed about 7 years ago. Before she passed, Vince came up to the house (she was unable to get out) and cut it for her as a gift. He was very sweet and caring. I go to Ayao for my highlights, and she is super good with color and understanding my hair. My daughter goes to Christina for her weave and its always gorgeous. You will not be disappointed with anyone from this salon. Vince takes his Beverly Hills experience to the OC and personally has new people work with him to learn more. Highly recommed

Chelsee has been doing my Brazilian Blowouts for almost a year now. Ive had 5 of them, I wouldnt go to anyone else but her. She takes her time, is very precise and actually gets to the roots! I spend A LOT of time in the pool and ocean and my BB always last! I wouldnt let anyone other than Chelsee touch my hair!
