We had a wonderful experience with Hadley Olivia Mattress Superstore😃! I was visiting from out of town and needed to get a new mattress in a hurry. Hadley Olivia made arrangements for next day delivery. Upon delivery and set up, I realized the mattress set was much too high for the frame that I was using. Hadley Olivia made arrangements for a new frame to be delivered and installed the next day, no problem. Staff at the store and delivery personnel were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend!

Marco helped us find our new mattress and he was such a pleasure to work with! He’s very knowledgeable and really took his time explaining details about each mattress we tried out. I would highly recommend going to Hadley Olivia if you’re in the market for a new mattress! Not only do they have a great selection of high-end brands, but their staff is great!

My husband and I saw Marco at the Hadley Olivia Mattress Superstore in San Juan Capistrano and we were very pleased in every aspect. We were able to make an appointment to visit the store safely despite Corona Virus concerns and Marco and Patty greeted us at the door ready to give us a beducation as Marco so aptly described his work. We knew we needed a new mattress but we were completely lacking in knowledge about what would best meet our needs, what might be available and what costs might be. Marco was very helpful so that we were able to select exactly what we both felt comfortable with at a good price point. Marco really knows this business but he also appears to be ethical and very good at determining and meeting the needs of his customers. We would recommend that if you are in need of a mattress you start here to avoid the time consuming and frustrating process you might otherwise experience.

We have purchased two Stressless chairs and ottomans, a queen mattress, and a custom headboard and are very pleased with everything. Hadley Olivia has high quality merchandise, reasonable prices, and excellent service. Plus they offer free delivery! I highly recommend them.

I felt as if this company was trying to get every last dime out of me instead of being honest about pricing. I was told a bed was a certain price on sale, and when I looked it up online the same bed was cheaper elsewhere. They were still asking for more, while telling me its the best price I will get. Be careful over there, I recommend going elsewhere like I did.

Spent almost 3 hours here with Steve. Five star review for a lot of reasons. First is selection. Its a huge showing with a ton of options in all price ranges. Everything from 100,000k luxury mattresses to entry level for a few hundred dollars. Second is the sales experience. Steve was professional and experienced. 20 years in the biz, but not a dinosaur. He was up to speed on the latest trends in online selling and technology. He directed us to a selection based on our input and kept it simple. No high pressure. Spent plenty of time with us and was more concerned with getting us the right product vs steering us to a personal favorite. Finally, I have to credit the fact that they are an independent specialty store. High level of service with some flexibility in pricing and attention to detail. Great warranty and have confidence that theyll be around in the future if we have issues and need an ally when dealing with a manufacturer. I did spend almost twice what I anticipated, but I also hadnt shopped matterassses in 18 years! :)

Comfort Gallery was busy and under staffed. I liked that they are a family owned business but when you are spending this amount of money on a single purchase, price and comfort has to play a significant role. When I was finally helped I told the sales associate exactly what I was looking for and the price point I was shooting for. The sales associate was able to take me to a mattress and adjustable base that fit my criteria and beat the competition by $200 but the mattress wasnt as comfortable or as thick (8 vs. 10 at the competition) and the mattress just didnt seem to be made as well. I ended up going to the competition and told them what I had just seen at Comfort Gallery and they matched their price, so I purchased my new bed there, sorry comfort first.

Highly recommended! In the last 2 weeks, I have purchased 3 mattresses from Comfort Gallery. Each purchase has been quick without a hard sell or other BS. Just good people that are more than willing to go out of their way to help. In one case, I called at 4:30pm and had a new mattress by 6pm delivered to my home. Delivery guys were clean, efficient, courteous, and friendly.

Stopped in today at our local shop and its nice to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Their customer service was amazing right as my boyfriend and I walked into the shop. The mattress we picked out suits both of our needs and the gentleman that assisted us made our experience for our first ever mattress purchase go very nicely. I shopped around for mattresses and I ended up buying my full size mattress from Comfort Gallery. The price wasnt the cheapest, but I was won over by great, respectful customer service compared with the other places that Ive checked out. It was also very nice to have the mattress delivered within hours of my payment for no extra charge.If you live around the San Clemente/San Capistrano area, I would highly recommend buying from Comfort Gallery.

Hadley Olivia has to have the biggest selection of luxury mattresses in Southern California, and quite likely much further afield too.I stopped-by out of curiosity and I was amazed at the range of technologies and comfort. When I bought my wife back to check it out, we were shown how to pick the right mattress in a way which made sense.It was a tough call between Vispring and Hastens. Ultimately my wife and I chose Vispring because it makes us feel like pampered royalty. Best if all, weve never slept so well. We love this bed!The delivery guys were great. They removed all the packaging and took away our old mattress set for free. Great experience. Highly recommended!

Have Purchased 3 Tempurpedic From the Comfort Gallery in San Juan Capistrano. 1 For Me and 2 for my parents. The Adjustable Beds are great and we shopped around at other mattress stores. This company looks good but the service is terrible. They takeyour $20,000.00 and after that it takes multiple phone calls to get anything done. Whether its delivery or repairs its very difficult. I plan on calling Vispring. I had multiply problems with Vispring that were only multiplied by Hadley Olivia. Would not use this company again.

I am sure it is not the fault of the sales people but the fact that these people made a promise of delivery they couldnt keep. Bed was suppose to be here Monday, Truck broke down. Then Thursday, the driver said nobody was home, A LIE!!! .House is on a dead end street and giant windows face the road. Then they said it would be there later ...NO SHOW!!!Next day they said it would be delivered. I called delivery company and they called driver who said it wasnt on the truck and he wasnt coming back. They then said it was there and they woild definitely get it here by 4:00 and someone would call and confirm it. NEVER HAPPENED.My boss cancelled the order.

Discovered Comfort Gallery on line. Called on Friday, spoke with Ronnie. Made an offer on a Tempurpedic mattress online and he accepted. Went the next day to lay on mattress to make sure it was right for me. Ronnie was awesome. He never tried to pressure me, told me the good and bad things about different mattresses. Decided to stick with the Tempurpedic. He even lowered the price from what we had previously agreed on. Told me they would deliver it in about an hour. It was in my house in 30 mins!!!! Great customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress
