Well... what can I say. Its a used car dealership.Bought this vehicle out of state. The process was pretty dreadful and slow. Tried to charge me $800 for a GPS tracking device that I didnt want or ask for and then claim it was already installed and not negotiable... Next, Ill overnight you paperwork turned into the next day and then the next day, ended up taking week.Then once that was done, took another week to find a truck to ship it. All in all, took nearly a month to between first contact and the vehicle arriving. Absolutely no follow-up from Jimmy in sales... Sent several emails looking for an update with no response. I recommend dealing with Allyson if you end up going here.Car showed up and was filthy, the truck driver confirmed with pictures that they did not wash it before it was loaded. The vehicles battery was also dead upon arrival, the transit took a day and a half so unlikely that the battery was charged to begin with. Lastly, the car showed up with no paperwork proving I had purchased the car so I was unable to drive it.All this to say, if they wouldnt have had the vehicle I wanted in the first place, I would have never gone through this dealership and will likely never buy from here again.

No integrity. Will run your credit through multiple banks then sell the vehicle of interest to someone else after they say, some one else is interested but your first in line so we will get you the car dont worry we dont do business like that . Bad business

Bad experience went there to see a 2 cars that I saw on offer up I call them they said come to look at the cars they are available, I drove from garden grove 20 miles to check the cars I was ready I have 10 k with me for the down payment, first the guy who I ask for the cars, not even have the courtesy to approach me to ask if I need help, I have to go to him and ask about the cars, he said the first one its not on the lot the owner is using it right now and the other one is on the mechanic is not ready what? You think you can play with people like that and make them waist there time, please be professional and do your job, and tell the owner to buy his own car I dont feel good knowing that somebody is using the car I want to buy 🤔

Disappointed that I was told an oil change was going to be about $80 and when I came to pickup, it was $127. I do not mind a small difference but, that is more than 50%. Very disappointed.

Very kind generous staff, I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the vehicle I bought, a 6 speed jeep wrangler has its shift knob freely popping off the shifter and I had to drive it home like that, the staff said theyd send me a replacement though so its good besides that.

I was in contact with a sales person there I filled out the application and everything they said i was approved to come down so i drove all the there geom Sacramento for them to tell me i not approved and i need almost 10k to put down when I asked them over the phone. Not very professional to lie to people and have the drive 2 hours away for nothing!!

Eddie and his team at Paradise are true professionals. After tons of problems with a newly purchased BMW, Eddies technicians not only took care of all the issues and advised me on the health of the car, but Eddie even went out of his way to help me with the registration and paperwork issues I had. He was readily available on his personal phone, even outside of working hours for emergencies. Theres not much he and his team cant do.

This was my first time buying a used vehicle and lets just say i was very nervous... I searched dealers and private sellers all over until I found the perfect truck at Paradise Automotive. Carl was my salesman and he was great; professional, communicative and thorough. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure the used truck was solid for me. I didnt want to post to soon, as you never truly know what you may get with used vehicles. But now it has been about 2 months and the truck has been perfect. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Service Repair Shop!!! They have me as a customer for life!!! I needed an alternator and was quoted a price that made sense. They advised me why I may be using more oil than usual and suggested repairs that were expensive for me. I wound up having the repairs made and was pleasantly surprised that the repairs were cheaper than previously quoted. I have NEVER had a repair become cheaper than quoted... so finding Paradise being honest and with integrity was a rarity! Thank you Glen and Todd for being such a refreshing change in the industry!

Not really having any expectations, I was met with some of the most honest and nicest salesmen that were polite on the phone, sent me photos of the vehicle in interest, gave a full tour, and instantly gave me an out the door price that fit into my loan and great monthly payments. I never felt like I was being hassled or played, like in other dealerships. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and confident in making my decision on the car, they were very professional in everything. Paridise Automotive demonstrated that the part was bad gave me a low cost option to get my car completely repaired. The value of the work received far exceeded the cost. I had authorized the cost to go higher for an additional test. The cost did not go up. For anything I can not do myself, Paradise Automotive will be my first stop.

By far my best experience shopping cars. If you are trying to negotiate on a cars price, this is the place to go. I was lucky to reach on the phone by far the most dedicated, friendly, respectful and honest sales person Ive meet, Perry Koster. I happened to be about 2 hours away from this dealership, and after explaining this to the Perry, he helped me negotiate the cars price via phone calls so that I didnt have to make the drive before knowing their best price. They dropped their internet price by $980, which was already below market value by about $1500. It only took about 1 1/2 hrs of back and forth calls, but it was well worth it. After Perry told me he was going to be able to get me the price I wanted to pay for the car, we decided to drive to the dealership. We test drove the car, which by the way is in impecable condition. We loved it and decided to buy it. Everyone at the dealership seems very friendly. Jimmy, the guy at financing was very helpful too. He answered all of our questions and explained things in detail. He also did not try to push us to buy GAP or extended warranty that they usually try to push you to buy so bad. He brought them up but understood when I told him I wanted to check with my financing company first.Overall, I had a great experience. Im very happy with the car I bought, and would definitely recommend people to give them a chance before going anywhere else.

WOW. .....did somebody say slimy car salesman douchebag for lack of better words!!! I found a few cars online I wanted to check out, looking to get a different car in the next couple of weeks. Looking to get a Lexus IS 250 convertible Perry the car salesman approaches me and my friend by yelling out the car window of the car he was driving. After parking the car he comes running over to us. I told him I was looking at the red Lexus convertible I told him Id like to take it for a test drive, I had saw it online thats why I came to the car lot today to check it out. He had to get the keys because there were three cars pulled in front of it and then asked me if I was going to buy it today talk about tacke!!! I told him I was going to get a car within the next couple of weeks he proceeds to tell me the car wont be there in a couple of weeks, I said thats okay if you dont want to sale a car, theres plenty of other car lots.... he took over 20 minutes and hadnt even moved one car. during that time I saw some things wrong with the car and told him Im not interested, he made a pouty face are you kidding me are you a 2 year old GIRL????? Needless to say Ill be buying my car somewhere else!

Amazing as usual but I’m wondering if you guys took my tire pressures or filled them up or anything like that I drove up to school a few days after having my oil changed and the tire pressure light came on none of them are flat and I gauged them all at 30 psi but I think I had them at 35?
