I am very pleased with my Bernina sewing machine purchase. Larry was very helpful and thorough assisting me with my purchase. Pricing was very good too.

I was mislead on a sale of a new Miele robot vacuum by one of their staff who sold me that this was far better than Dyson and works great on carpet and floors. He discouraged me from getting my Dyson repaired. Once home I read the manual that clearly stated it was not good on rugs with branded fringes. When I returned to store to return this vacuum, they refused as all sales were final. NO EXCEPTIONS . They offered another of same value, I did not want to purchase a used vacuum. I will never go back to this store

I have had my 40 year old Singer Machine repaired here many times. The machine was old and I kept limping it along. All of the repairs I had here were done wonderfully. Finally, I got smart and decided to purchase a new machine. I researched machines and decided on the Bernina brand. I was so happy that Larry was able to help me out. I was given a great and fair price. The purchase went fast and easy. I would definitely recommend them for sales and service.

Purchased a quality vacuum from them today. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answered all our questions. While there, other customers came in who were also helped with high quality of service. All in all, a good place, good people.

Dan and Larry are fabulous - the tension was off on my machine and I was desperate to have it fixed - making many masks - they fixed it right away. Have been going to capistrano vacuum & sewing center for 35 years - they are the best.

Another great place. Very helpful, did what they said, and even knocked a little off because I brought in two machines to service.Both sewing machines work like a charm. I have a couple more that I need to get their still.

From the start the owner asked me what I needed in a vacuum. As being a first time buyer and just got my first place he helped me find the right one. I love it!! I am so thankful that i got a vacuum I like!! I havent had a single issue with it. Even if I did he said he would always be happy to help!If your looking for a vacuum for a great price that is great go to them!!!

I called about replacing my Viccar vacuum bag. I spoke with Tom and he told me to come on down and grab a bag from him; he had one left. They normally come in a six pack but they were all out. I thought that was so kind of him to give me a vacuum bag to tide me over until they get more in.

Glad they are now open on Monday’s

Bought my Bernina B330 from here 3 years ago. Staff was knowledgeable, kind, and did not try to upsell me unnecessarily. Machine has been a flawless workhorse for years.Came back today with an emergency repair job and they were able to get it done in one work day. Incredible!! :)

Great service. Excellent machine knowledge and the only place to take your sewing machine. They can fix anything. My Bernina works great because of the expert service it receives at Capistrano Sew & Vac.

The owner of this shop kept my machine for 6 weeks never contacting me. I called and stopped by 3 times. Many excuses and no contact. He would have been far better off if he would have been honest. I would never return.

They have always helped me out with my sewing machine. I recently had a problem there, and they went above and beyond with getting it up and running.I’ve had my business for many, many years sewing and making clothes and these guys have helped time and time again. I’ve always bought my sewing machines from them as well.
