My grill was an absolute mess and Pro Grill cleaned it from top to bottom. I’ve never had a grill cleaned and I didn’t even realize it was a service that was available. It’s well worth the money and Pro Grill is professional and delivered on their commitment to clean my grill. The person who cleaned my grill had great customer service and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this service to anyone who grills a lot. This cleaning will extend the life of your grill. I plan to have it done on an annual basis.

I was impressed with the follow up and communication the team provided. The service was delivered on time and a clean cut service man who got right to work after explaining what he was going to accomplish. It was 3pm and very hot. Pulled out all parts and cleaned them. David (serviceman) stayed focused and completed his job. He ask me to inspect his work and shared a few tips. He left the bbq and the area clean(considering the condition he founded in). Joe did an amazing job cleaning a much overdue built-in BBQ. Dirty job but he went right to it without any comments about how filthy it was. Came out super clean and shiny. Plus he didnt try to talk us into buying any new parts when they werent needed. Very happy with results. Garrett, the manager (I think) followed up to find out how satisfied we were with the job. Highly recommend this service. Get Joe if you can, but I figure this is a professional company, so they all must be good.

Our built in grill was very challenging. Pro Grill did a good job getting the unit to work again. It took two tries, but in the end they made everything right. I appreciated their willingness to work with us and complete the task. I would recommend them to others.

This company cleans BBQ grills and does a very, very thorough job. We have never used a company to do this before but we were thoroughly impressed by their work. The young man arrived on time and worked for several hours to ensure that every inch of our grill was sparkling. We almost don’t want to use it again! Dan really came through with a brand new Summerset grill for me when there were none available, anywhere. We found rodent droppings in our outdoor BBQ/Grill and googled BBQ cleaners, which is how we found Pro Grill Cleaning. We called the number listed and were greeted very warmly and kind. He explained his services, gave advice and seemed authentic and not trying to upsell anything. He also called back immediately when he had to hang up for another emergency, and followed up with the invoice within 24 hours. Then during the appointment a few weeks later, the person cleaning our grill was young, but incredibly professional, gave great advice, kind and didnt bother us at all. He did a FANTASTIC job, the grill looks the way it did when we bought it. We will definitely call upon them again for regular cleanings. Great service, timing, and quality of work!

This cleaning was far beyond my expectations!! I’ve used competitors and nothing has been close to this good! The very nice gentleman cleaned our smoker for almost 4 hours….needless to say it came out pristine! He also fixed it as it wasn’t dripping properly! Highly recommend Pro Grill Cleaning!!

I used this company for the cleaning and refreshing of our gas barbecue grill. They did an absolutely marvelous job. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and well dressed, and kept the area where he was working clean. He finished expeditiously and the barbecue look like new.I strongly recommend this company.

Its a little expensive but they were able to restore my 20+ year old grill after years of bad roommates never cleaning it. It looks lightly used now and made some great burgers. Would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again in a few years if I cant stay after it.

Fantastic service...the owner sent a technician by to look at mt BBQ at no cost. The tech figured out the ignition issue with the unit within 5 minutes and fixed it. The fee was very reasonable. This is the first company I will call if another issue arises@

We had Pro Grill come clean our rental property’s grill in San Clemente and they did an excellent job. We tried a couple other grill cleaning services but Pro Grill was the first we were fully satisfied with. They not only left our grill spotless but they also left property nice as well. The other companies we used left our grill ok clean, but destroyed our yard and left our deck with grease stains. Pro Grill was extremely clean and detailed. I highly recommend them and we finally found a grill cleaning service that lived up to our expectations. We are going to be using them from now on.

Pro Grill Cleaning did a very good job cleaning my BBQ, it looked like new when they were finished. We felt better about eating the food from a clean grill and use it more now that it is clean. They found rodent droppings that we did not realize were there. Very professional with no mess whatsoever.

I recently used this service to clean my not too often cleaned BBQ pit. The pit was thoroughly cleaned with green products and disinfecting steam. This would have been a normally messy job had I done it but there was no mess and a lot of care went into thoroughly cleaning both the inside and outside of the grill with the result ending in a brand new looking grill. I would use this service again and highly recommend this wonderful service.
