Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant fraudulent experience that occurred during a product purchased from my employee. After a few hours of the completed purchase via phone payment, a store manager/staff (Ramon) contacted me, which he made multiple indictments that the purchased products were not paid for $25.06. Regardless, of multiple explanations that the purchased items have been cleared from my financial institution. He contended that the payment was not processed, which was insulting to my long-term business transactions with Dunn Edwards. Therefore, I took the time out of my busy schedule from multiple construction projects, which Ive traveled over 50 minutes to pay an additional $25.06. A the time, Ramon stated, my account will be fully reimburse if I have two (2) withdrawal from my financial institution account. The next day, the purchased withdrawal occurred twice from my financial institution. Therefore, Ive returned to the store, which another staff/manager assist me & provided a store credit only. Unfortunately, he couldnt reimbursed my account since I didnt have the invoice. However, I shared that the previous staff/manager (Ramon) was rude & made false accusations of not making any payments for the products, which I’ve requested for an apology. Almost 2 weeks after the initial false accusations, the store staff/manager has not contacted me to apologize for their disruptive accusations. Please see the attached store credit card only below, which they did not provide a refund to my financial institution. At this point, I have no desire to purchase any additional products from their store.

A well run store and the workers there seem to enjoy it there. Jim the manager helped me the two times I came in. He guided me on the different types of paint there are and gave me advice.
For being a paint store, they really dont have much knowledge of their products and what uses they have. Went there 3 separate times in 3 hours to get the right product. I was told the first time that this one product would work as per their recommendation, didnt work. Came back again and told them, sent me another can of some other primer that didnt work, came back the 3rd time and chose my own to use, finally worked. Like your recommendations for cans even said NOT FOR USE on what I was doing. If you are selling a product, know what your selling and if its the correct product for the job.
