Was in a pinch at 445 Thursday evening. Part was shipped immediately to a closer store for me on Friday morning. I was able to finish my time sensitive job Friday afternoon. A shear wrench, which apparently only united carries for rent. Very happy with the turn around and service. Im not very happy with the store call transfers. Try to call one, it sends you to the next. It makes sense in rentals . so I cant complain. Thanks again.

Love them for what they provide, dont hate them for what they dont. Rented a million things from these guys, something wrong? There usually on top of it. Would recommend.
