Great experience. Barbara and Jim were full service. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made the rental experience quick and easy - I selected a unit and filled out paperwork in about 20 minutes. Totally recommend.

The managers here are super very friendly. AND Very accommodating with our Pod that’s to arrive from the East Coast! They actually made me feel comfortable and at ease about leaving my worldly belongings here with them. 😊

Wow, all I can say is wow... I thought personal service was gone in the service industry ...but guess what .... i found it here. They went above and beyond in helping me secure my unit so last minute because of my own personal situation, I was really desperate and they showed empathy, compassion and genuine care for me and my situation. I can’t thank them enough . I Highly recommend!

Mold. Heavy stench of mold permeates the entire facility. Hours are not early riser friendly. If you need to access any if your belongings, youre going to need to take the day off from work. Because a typical workday, for most, im at work by 9 or dont get off till after 6. Location is cramped. Cart usage is difficult and limited. The elevator is pre-world war2. If youre going to use it, bring a book and a snack. Because you will be waiting a few chapters for its arrival. The similarities between the late fees and a colonoscopy are, im told, near identical in area involved and the pain soon to follow.
