We arrived at the store close to closing time. We needed a refrigerator fast since ours broke. The salesman that helped us was Magda. What a pleasant experience it was! Well, in 2000 I bought headboard dresser night table and I still have it. Cherry wood looks great. But, now Im going to buy again at Used to be Sears Outlet now American freight. My furniture looks great.just want TTY o change look. Thank you.

Nothing good! Furniture is a piece of junk. Alot of appliances have too many dents. Its ok to have one dent. But geesh! Staff is nice!!

My mother bought a fridge here, but when it arrived at her home it had stickers on the back stating it was refurbished, noone at the store mentioned that, they also stated it was a return as new!! Now that the fridge is at her home it does not even work!!! Nothing, zero, warm even it’s been connected for 24 hours. No ice maker hoses, or manual! Plus they charged her more on the guarantee that they were supposed to! t’s incredible and despicable !!

Cancel irders arbitrarily with the merchandise on hand. Waiting 2 weeks for deliver order cancelled 2 days prior to scheduled delivery. [email protected]. They sell used stuff as new out of the box. Dryer received with lint and power cord installed. Water hoses of washer missing. No manual.

Had to wait over an hour to get inside. Security guard told me there were were only 2 options for me and both were over $1000. Finally got in and sales person was not very helpful. Found an option (under $600) but again salesperson told me I had 3 days to pick up or order would be canceled. No delivery was available. I asked and my money? She said eventually I would get credit. Not very helpful. Seemed they did not want to sell anything. No wonder warehouse is full! Not returning nor would recommend. Left without anything not because I did not fi d anything but personnel not helpful.

Excellent service by Lymarie, everything in the store was discounted to super low prices. They offer delivery at affordable prices and they guarantee no scratches on delivery or they will exchange the item for you. Will do business with them again, also the managers are always willing to help. I bought a Samsung fridge with a tiny scratch for a super low price, very happy with the service and the whole experience was very easy to make. Would definitely recommend this store.

No wonder their closing the employees perfer to look at the smartphone instead of doing actual work. Sorry if I interrupted your FB post when asked a question. By the way his answer was incorrect. Went to Kmart owned by Sears ask the same question and got a very intelligent answer. Such that I purchased the same appliance that was at the Sears store. The difference was all in the employee.

Respectful security guard, but unfortunately THEY OPEN AT 10AM!!! Bought hardware yesterday night at Sears Brand Central and I needed to pick it up at the warehouse location here. Sears Brand Central store employee assured me that the warehouse opened at 9am. To my surprise when I got there, they open at 10am! I kindly asked the security guard to call a Supervisor or Manager if they could dispatch the equipment themselves, but as kind as she was, she didnt even try. Now Im stuck one hour driving around wasting time. Im clear its not the warehouses fault, but it is Sears fault for having employees give out incorrect information. By the way, Im the one who added the warehouse hours and picture.
