I am puzzled. This is a great store with every imaginable supply and a large custom work area. Friday afternoon and there is only 1 other customer. There are 7+ employees. But apparently there is only 1 person that can help us both.This person is waiting for the other guy to look over his custom choices and WILL NOT HELP ME while we all wait.There is no multitasking.There is no cross-training.There is no on-line order portal.If you have all the time in the world, then this is the place for you. But personally, I am afraid of dying of old age before I can even place my order.*I left without placing an order after 20 minutes.

Customer service has become very poor. They do not answer the requests for quotes and the employees who answer the phone pass the ball when they have to serve the client. The business appears to be having a serious oversight and management problem. A shame because it wasnt like that before. I was a customer of the business for the past 20 years. Unfortunately I will no longer endorse or recommend them to others.

They dont care about the customer. There is a fat man who has no tact. To get a copy he tells you that he calls you when he can process it. A copy that takes three seconds to get out. Nor do they take temperature at the entrance. They do not resolve and I will not return

Standing at the door, the employee sees me and they ignore me as if there was nobody. Then to print a paper they tell me that it can take about 2 hours. Not to mention that they do not have computers for public use. I do not recommend it
