I have had my KTM1290R for almost two years and the dealer (Evinmotors) never registered it with the motor vehicle department. Therefore I’m stuck paying the bank for a motorcycle that isn’t registered and can not use being there is no registration. I have been diligent for the past year communicating with the dealer which in return have received excuses. It is frustrating!

The first time I visited them I was almost 1 hour, nobody called me and nobody answered me. I return today for the second time and when I gave my number, my information was already in the system, but for a change, after 45 minutes I was leaving because no one attended me again, except for a person with the last name Lugo who left what he was doing and with pleasure we attended. Simply put, customer service must be improved if they want to sell.

Sales people answer in 3 seconds but if you call for parts you have to wait 3 days for them to call you back! Wow, what kind of customer service, they just want to take my money.

The treatment of the staff was from fair to good upon receiving us. However, I assume that because of the Covid, they sent us to the car to wait a turn to enter the showroom. The shift took 40 minutes. When they called us, we had already left. The employee who telephoned us did not seem to like our determination to leave.

The bad but good bad was the wait to pick it up, since from the warehouse where they keep them they took time and I was almost 8 hours, whichIm sure its super slow. You also have an offer with a fridge and a gift glass for the purchase and they dont have the glass either.I hope they call me to give it to me at least ..Thanks
