The worst service there is. They never know the status of the vehicle and they keep saying that it will be ready tomorrow and tomorrow. I do not recommend to anybody. Very bad experience.

Spectacular customer service!

Excelent service

Although the work done on the vehicle was excellent, the customer service and the waiting time was appalling. It took a month and a half to repair my vehicle. Of which began to be fixed in the last two weeks before it was delivered to me. Employees never knew about the status of the vehicle, and kept one waiting on the phone for long periods of time. On several occasions they told me they would call me again but they never did. There was no communication with the client, I had to make the appropriate calls. In addition to this, apparently the information that I requested after each call they never had. At other times they did not pick up the phone for long periods of time, and even on one occasion insurance representatives were unable to get them. Honestly, even though my vehicle was like new, I would never do business with this shop again.
