VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !! I took my car to the workshop because the engine of my VW Jetta got hot and started to smoke. I asked them to fix that and also to do a check of ALL the car. My car has many problems, but when a car has a motor that is heated and the mechanic does not check if there is a leak in the COOLANT, that means there are MORE problems with the MECHANIC !! One day later the workshop called me to tell me that they had to change a lot of things and that they were going to charge me $ 950 dollars. I asked them if that would fix the problem of engine warm-up and they said yes. I paid and picked up the car. 30 minutes later, smoke began to come again from the engine! I called them immediately and they told me that this is NORMAL and that I should try to get to my house !!!! Take the car to PEP BOYS and it turns out that EUROPEAN TUNING did not check the COOLANT LEAK that was causing the problem from the beginning. It is assumed that European Tuning is a place of Volkswagen SPECIALISTS and mechanics of PEP BOYS found the problem in half a second seeing the engine with the light of your cell phone !!!!!!!!! EUROPEAN TUNING IS NOT POSSIBLE !!!! And the worst thing is when I talked to them about this problem, they got defensive and they told me that it was not their problem and that they would not pay me the crane to check the car again. I can tell you with confidence that you will NEVER RETURN to this place. I hope with all my heart that it will not happen to anyone else. Good day.
