It took 3 and a half hours for an oil and filter change. Almost half a day in that simplicity, that mechanic is very comfortable. To make matters worse, the serviceman instead of accepting the error and trying to solve it, he became haughty. The manager listened and I walked to the car, but he never said if he was going to correct the problem. Thinking here, if the service is like that, probably the sales and the rest will be the same or worse. I will never return, they are very expensive and with bad service, they lost a customer.
