Previously I had gone to Batista on the Caguas highway and the experience was very good. As this store was closer to my house, I decided to visit it and it was the opposite. When I was ready to order, they did not attend to me, nor did they offer me any word to hold me, even so I waited for half an hour, and when I requested that the gate be opened for me to leave, they simply opened it without a word.
