EXCELLENT ITALIAN PRODUCTS VERY PRO

Horrible experience. They sold me a finiitito brush, the bottle brush without any instructions from the so-called beauty stylist to regular customers who are not stylists. I called the store and spoke to the owner and she treated me as ignorant, she told me that you have to know how to use it, that I most certainly dont know ... Well, why do they sell it to non-stylists? My hair broke on the chick because it got tangled up and I couldnt get it out. The owner told me that I cannot change it or take it back. How sad that for $ 4.99 in retail price that the cost is not even $ 2 I have a bad review. Owner give better trainings to her employees !! And remember that today we have the right to give our reviews or reviews for a better service to all. 👎I hope you can improve the knowledge of your employees because your concept of beauty supply is very good and I know that it has been in the industry for many years. I wish you better success in the future.
