Small showroom...not much examples of their products. A salesman show them in a PC screen, with good timing and answer all my questions. Its best to saw them before in the web.

The quality of their product is excellent, but their customer service is terrible. They dont return calls. It took 7 months for delivery and installation. On the other hand, the installers work well. Salespeople and administrative staff can improve with classes on customer service. They sell a good product.

Terrible service. They dont answer calls. They mismeasured the window and had to wait for another to be made. They were slow to bring the screen after constant monitoring. The word that describes them is sloppy and unprofessional. They broke the wall when they went to install the window they made a poor repair and despite multiple complaints that included having to go to the store because they did not answer the calls they said that was not their problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Too bad they dont know what customer service is. Besides all, they are charging a lot when there are other companies that charge less and give better service. Truly unfortunate. For your sake do not use them.
