I was trusted by all the good references read, even before I called and the guy who answered me motivated me more to come, indicating that they would help me. I thought I would have all the necessary help, since I have not made soaps for a long time and I want to go back. However my experience was not the best, the girl who attended me impressed her haste, I did not feel that she was helping me, very generic and she could not answer me something basic, so I felt self-conscious to continue exploring. This experience was not good, I hope another time it will be different. I put it here, to improve.
