This is an amazing place. Sad that they no longer offer breakfast. Nevertheless we cant help but continue coming here. The people here go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. The explained their vegan options to me and I picked based on their recommendations. After we got our ice-cream we decided to take a stroll on the beach. My daughter took 1 bite of her ice-cream and it accidentally fell off the cone. We went back in to purchase her another cone but the employees gave her another scoop free of charge, no questions asked. It does not matter what part of Puerto Rico we decide to stay at, we will continue to come here every visit.

Its Ben & Jerrys, so its great. A few good non-dairy options. Very friendly, kind, patient staff. Sample bites are BACK! Eat outside at Ventanas park at the tables, or stroll the boardwalk or beach.

Lemonade and raspberry sorbet! Right by the beach. The pigeons were friendly and I think they wanted my icecream lol

Came back on the 4th this year and it was as good as it looks shared an omelette with my wife meal was under $40 and worth it. They open at 11a not 10 like it says online.

Everyone was so nice. I was even able to speak to the owners they where very friendly and the food was delicious. They made suggestions and offered us samples of delicious marmalades.

My overall experience was wonderful. Great staff and service. Keep it up. Id recommend you to anyone.

Loved the location bear the beach, the ice cream store was very clean, followed Covid protocols, speak spanish and english, very helpful describing and suggesting flavors.

Excellent service. They take your temperature and have an automatic sanitizer dispenser. Very clean and cozy. As usual, the great pleasure of a Ben & Jerrys ice cream.

There is a little cafe inside this Ben & Jerrys that has the best brunch Ive ever had in my life! After seeing my husbands amazing pile of waffles and fruit come out I had regretted ordering pumpkin spice french toast...until they brought it out. Oh my heavens it was piled with fruit that was so fresh they must have picked them from the plants just that morning! The orange juice was freshly squeezed with a slice of mango and orange that were equally delicious.If ever find yourself in San Juan and unsure of where to eat, get yourself over to this Ben & Jerrys and order the best brunch you can imagine! Dont worry about the prices, its so worth it! (around $10 for breakfast plates)

There was a long dark brown hair in my ice cream and unfortunately I didn’t see it until I got to the bottom may I mention that I am 7 months pregnant and over all was a horrible experience. Make sure you check your ice cream if eating here I’m very disgusted and upset 😢 I actually threw up

They have the best ice cream flavors and selection. They offer vegan friendly (dairy free) options as well. They also offer shakes, pints, fresh made waffle cones, etc. The location of this one specifically is beautiful. Youre right next to the beach and next to a small open park. Its very calm and has good ambience. The shop is super cute as well. The staff is always very helpful and despite there being a bit of a line, they tend to be very quick. I recommend the dairy free coconut ice cream with almonds. Will be visiting again!

This is definitely one of the best places for ice cream in Puerto Rico.

The shop is located just off the beach. Its open until 10pm through the week and until 11pm on Friday and Saturday night. Great food!

Ben & Jerry’s at Condado is always a good place to come. Whether your going for the cherry Garcia ice cream or the pita pizza, you’ll be satisfied. The staff is great and offers great customer service.

Usually a long line here but it moves relatively fast. Dairy free options available. The coconut one is delish. Great to grab a cone and walk the beach. Staff is usually friendly and will let you sample a flavor before you buy. Can by tubs to take home. There is seating inside and out with shade.

Always love it when I get to go to Ben and Jerrys! Great flavor combinations and quality service! There are also many base options which lead to almost limitless - well, not limitless but plenty enough - combinations. The scoop shop in Puerto Rico is a small space but there is enough room that you can grab a seat inside or on their patio. You can pay via card or cash. The options include, ice cream scoops, pints and milkshakes. It was pretty busy the night I went but once again, service was quick and professional.

Ben and Jerrys ice cream is my favorite brand of ice cream doesnt matter where I would be. Even in Italy because of their marvelous sorbet. I still get my cone of my favorite one Chunky monkey flavor, with the large pieces of chocolate, walnuts and the banana ice cream mix with everything.I loved to find the ice cream shop at the end of my walk at the beach.Was very relaxing and refreshing to taste my favorite cone here in San Juan.The store has a cozy atemosphere and neat and clean with very nice persons to take your order. They serve there other options in sandwiches, ice and hot coffee latte, and ice cream cakes, milky shakes etc. Its a good stop when you leave the beach after been there for a while.

My first time trying B&J vegan options. Had the Caramel Almond Brittle. Love it, not too sweet (which has been my problem with B&J ice cream before). My baby did too, as you can see. Beautiful place, right by the beach.

Awesome ice cream spot! They also have some great non dairy options. The location is nice as its right next to the beach with inside and outside seating. They also serve a limited amount of food from a menu. In my experience, the employees are very helpful and friendly. If youre staying in the Condado area and looking for a treat, this wont disappoint you

Simply the best fresh tasty ice cream. The owner is a wonderful person and they brought us a pitcher of water and ice as we sat outside! A++++we had tonight dough flavor and it was epic.

We ate here several times over the past week. Much more than ice cream. Great breakfast!! Very good service as well. Covered outdoor eating area and a great view of the water. Wish we had one like this back home.

Good ice cream

I usually never go to Ben & Jerry’s in the US, but I wanted to go to this shop every day. With a beachfront view and lounge chairs a few steps away, cool down with ice cream on the beach. I ordered 2 scoops in a cup for $4.75 (plus tax), and thought the portions and flavors were worth it. The friendly staff lets you sample every flavor (though it holds up service and might be rude to other customers), but my favorites were the coconut almond toffee, berry sorbet, and chocolate truffles.

Went for icecream with the kids and we loved it all. I believe their ice cream are well know so lets talk about courtesy and service, plainly amazing. The staff is full of energy and are very helpful. You wont be hurry to make a choice and they give you excellent advice regarding the menu. The kids went for breakfast and they loved the waffles and hotcakes. If you are close, get there...

The breakfast here is the best. All the food here was delicious, pizza was superb. The salads were very fresh with excellent dressings. And if you love ice cream, there is no better.

Simple spot. Just off the beach. Awsome family friendly location to have a fresh waffle cone while either sitting on the beach or on the lawn. Friendly service. Chunky Monkey icecream was great as always.

The place is awesome, you cant beat the location and of course it is the ice cream everybody has learned to love. But I give it 4 stars because the system they have makes everything slower and the store is just packed with shoulder to shoulder people that have to swim across other people just to say what flavor they want or to pick up their order. One person with two waffle machines while you have four servers waiting for waffles might tell you something can be done!

We stopped here a million times last year before the storm and came back today. The food is amazing and the stuff is extremely sweet! You almost feel like you’re old friends.

The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. Very friendly staff and a cool little location. Not exactly local cuisine, but very tasty and convenient.

It can be hard to find good internet reception in Puerto Rico sometimes. It can also be difficult to find organic food. Here I discovered both of these AND an ocean view!! The staff were kind and helpful, the hummus plate was delicious, and they even substituted organic multi-grain bread for my pita (since refined products tend to be hard for me to digest). Thank you!!!!

Great flavors. You can get one on a freshly made waffle cone. They give you free upgrades, if they dont have the cone you want.

This was my first time at a Ben & Jerrys. The staff were friendly and helpful with my questions.We were visiting the beach next to this establishment. The service and food were so good we visited another two times.

The last two visits have been a huge disappointment.First Disappointing Visit in February they could have handled charging me for an item they did not have in a better way.After getting charged the staff realizes they have no more #vegan options.They make a mistake and then ask me to pay an Additional $1 for another product. I had already spent $25+ (plus tip) on different items was the $1 for their mistake needed.Customer service before the Hurricane was ok. The the last visits have been under par.On my last visit, I ask for 3 items on my order. They get one of the items wrong.Instead of fixing it the server decides to grab an attitude with me and tell me he cant correct the mistake because it has already been charged.I ask for my money back, and that also seemed to create more confusion. So I asked for my money back although once again I had given the staff a tip of over 30% and still, the staff made a mistake.Instead of making it easy to fix the mistake they decided to hand me the item I did not want for free. I ended leaving the item on the Table since that proves the point they instead give me something I dont want for free then charging me the right amount and giving me what I want with excellent service and a smile.

This Ben & Jerrys location is very different from any other I have visited in recent years. In addition to ice cream, they serve a variety of sandwiches and drinks. The service was a bit slow during my stop but the wait is to be expected in such a high traffic location. The location has a view of the beach and is ideal for people watching or spending time with friends.

A vendor and Jerrys that sells food! The pancakes are great! It takes a while for the food to come bcuz its made from scratch... But its delicious and worth the wait! If you want breakfast this place us a must!

First off I love Ben and Jerrys so having a Ben and Jerrys on the strip next to my hotel was a plus. The girl who helped us was very friendly and talked to us about the different flavors they offer.

Need to be better organized, other than that service and product were great.
