I bought my bimmer couple years ago. While the selling experience was superb, the seller (Enid Molina) did only what her job was. Selling a car. When I decided to upgrade my vehicle, I was told by a friend how Lexus(San Juan) helped her selling her car. I tried to reached Enid but she never responded my emails neither my calls. I tried to find someone else in Autogermana but they were unable to provide me a customer support like other brands do, helping out their loyal customers. I had to sold my car on my own and did my upgrade with a different dealer in the US. Now, this experience doesn’t represent what BMW or BMW financial services is since both are top notch companies and they will take good care of you. This just describes my Substandard experience at autogermana.

Yesterday, January 8, 2020, he took my BMW 430i to inspect a tire, he told him to travel to replace a nut that is peeling. At the end of the day they did not change the nut. I had to return today January 9 because the nut is peeled. Time that is lost of more because of the negligence. I am here from 9:00 am and it is 11:00 am and the nuts have not changed yet! This could have been avoided if they were more aware and attentive to what the Client requested.
