First and last time I buy Honda, Specially from Kennedy Honda. Sales team smooth talkers but when it comes to service they take a long time to set up an appointment. And every time I call for parts or customer service they dont hesitate on hanging the phone and not helping at all. Id give a 0 if possible.

You took my gas stove, batteries and can food from OpaLocka, airport, to my family who picked it up a couple hours later at Isla Grande Airport. Where but service they give my appointment at 10:30 am to change the oil and filter and it is 1:44 on January 27, 2021 and my car has not left more than 3 hours in an oil and filter change. the only one I do not recommend buying cars for the lousy service. A 1-hour job is a lot, only oil and filter change by appointment at 10:30 it was for no more than an hour outside ... there are not many cars ....... Horrible service. Take the bus to fix the a / c. Pay $ 2100 for the service. They gave me the bus without lowering the windows, the gear lever reversed, the dash out of square, muddy with oil, the a / c did not work well and the interior lights did not turn on. We inform them and we take it again and they tell us now that it is a module which costs $ 400. The first time they stayed 3 weeks and now they are going for another additional week. Apparently they are not responsible for what is damaged when the vehicle is in the workshop. And to complete the receptionists do not pick up the phone and are spoiled and hook you.

They sold me a crashed unit, and they told me that it had never been crashed, I have them in daco, and partly they canceled the policy of the unit that I bought from them and they took the money from the unearned premium, I found out about the event because it crashed and when I went to claim universal they indicated that the company they use for insurance, which is New Way insurance, claimed the money and kept it, now the bus is crashed and they do not respond to me.

Its horrible I took my sons motorbike for almost 4 months I paid an estimate of 75 dollars and they still have the motorbike because nothing in the estimate needed it. And no one knows what is happening in my case and I cannot speak to a store manager or their supervisors.

My experience is with the Parts and Service Department. They summon me at 8:30 am and still at 1:30 pm when I called they had not installed the accessories for my bus. I missed a medical appointment which was at 2:00 pm due to irresponsibility and lack of organization of Parts and Service.If they make appointments it is to be answered at the time of the appointment, almost 6 hours of doing nothing is inept.They should be more organized and honest with the customer who has paid for parts and installation!

I bought a 2020 CRV on February 28th. In the Honda SJ service area I have been assisted by Mr. Pedro Ramos and Mr. José Rafael Rivera. Both excellent in their performance. I want to highlight the treatment received by Mr. Rivera, he is an excellent manager, attentive, helpful, willing and has an absolute command of his work and he did everything so that I left pleased and happy. Give 100% and more ...I have been a Bella International Honda SJ customer since 1996. I have bought all my cars there. At Mr. Rivera they have a quality manager. One is like looking for a needle in a haystack.Thanks Rafi!

This past Wednesday June 3, 2020 buy a CRV-2020 at your Honda dealer in San Juan. The purchase process was a comfortable, simple and manageable one. The attentions of the seller Christian Gaitan were excellent, well oriented, showing a mastery of the process and a complete knowledge of the product that led us easily through the process of orientation and purchase. The credit area staff was very helpful and honest in their training. The young woman named Natacha in the reception area was very attentive and focused on customer service, they speak highly of her company. In summary, very grateful for the attention, I knew how good the product was because I already have a Honda, but the staff convinced me that I made a good selection, I hope I was not wrong.Grace.

The worst service they can offer in cars, since March for the radio button of a 2019 CRV, which after three weeks of purchase the volume button was damaged and made a show with a table checking the radio and to say that You had to ask for the complete radio that took a maximum of two to three weeks and still today nothing is known where to order it or what they would have done. The only thing I can say that they have -0 in service I never buy a sling again with the pessimistic and unprofessional service of this company. We decided to purchase a ridgeline, in part because of the service that the Service Center at Kennedy had always provided. Unfortunately in the last few occasions, the experience has not been very good. On one occasion I left my Honda crv doing, which stayed several days and when they gave it to me they had taken everything out of the drawers, the battery that was new they had to change it because it was exhausted. Then with the ridgeline, we complained that the power window was making noise and they told us that it was so. We take her again, this time with several things. They tell us that the power window will be claimed under warranty, but the loose cover and the noise it makes when shifting in reverse, we have to make an appointment with an inspector. I call for an appointment and they tell us that the Honda mechanic must first verify it before making an appointment with the inspector. At this point we are already upset. We communicate again with the advisor and indicate the aforementioned. They tell us that then we have to leave her and let her know so that another person can follow up on why she would be free. They never called us and it goes without saying that to communicate, difficult. It has already been 2 days, today will be day 3 and the advisor did not go either and no one could answer the phone to provide status. WHERE IS THE TEAMWORK? Where is the service they market? What good is it to me that the facilities are beautiful. First responders answer quickly but after they pass the call to the service center they take a while. If you try to leave a message, you cant either because the system offers you something that seems to be disabled. They seem to have little staff to answer calls.
