Recently considered buying a Porche. Unfortunately, customer service is not up to par for such a high end car. The salesman was very courteous, but general management is exclusively interested in making money, and not in good customer relationships or making fair deals. If you want to buy a Porsche just for the brand name, then go ahead. If however customer service and being treated fairly is essential to you, you might want to look elsewhere.
Bought this car for double what it cost in the states, for my wife. Once I left the dealer there was no contact ever with the salesman. If he ever answers is on messages. Too important to respond to a call by a customer that is paying, for a car he sold. Service area does not know how to answer a phone, or return messages. Apparently this is the same for their shuttle service folks. They insist on sending emails, but don’t answer them. The car is great, the sales team, once the car is sold they are done with you and the service area is manned by folks that can’t use phones. Unfortunately, I am doomed to service the car here as it is the “dealer”😟if there is anyone who knows who can service this car without voiding the warranty on PR let me know!

4 days to change a recalled catalytic converter. Typical man hours to change this part is 3 hours. Not to mention the faulty not replaced transfer case. Buy a Volvo. You would be better off...
One of the worst experience Ive endure while visiting any dealer. Of the three employee that were present not a single one acknowledged me. One of the sales person was playing on her phone while the other was chatting with another employee about plans for the weekend, the third person passed me by and didnt even said hello nor asked if I was being help. I left the dealer upset as it seems that no one care. It is ashamed that management/owners would allow such behavior. I guess the brand new Cayenne I was interested would be purchased from another dealer where courtesy and customer service are priority.

My Dad passed away a year ago and I am in PR taking care of his business affairs. He has a beautiful 2012 Porsche Panamera with 3,310 miles that has always been in a covered garage that I wanted either to ship to our primary home in Miami or sell in PR. I went to Gomez Hermanos Porsche in San Juan in order to inquire about selling the car back to them. After waiting in the showroom for almost 20 minutes for someone to assist me, a very nice lady came out. She looked at the car, took some pictures and told me her Manager would called me after he comes back from lunch in two hours. I called several times to no avail. That was 3 days ago. Maybe I am accustomed to better customer service from the luxury car dealerships in the US… I just find this unprofessional and unacceptable business/customer service practices.

Service must improve in terms of internal communication and for the client. It should go hand in hand with the brand they represent- PORSCHE- and look for customer satisfaction and not just the convenience of the dealer. Example Hotel Ritz, Costco, etc ... They have much to improve and listen to the customer who is the sponsor $$$ ...
