Ordered an internet hotspot device,came to the store to pick it up and get it activated, when I arrived non of the 7 employees didnt know how to activate a non contract hotspot activation, no one help me, instead told me to wait until 4:30 for the other shift employees that have more experience, waste of time, gasoline and patience with this guys, hope Sprint gives a well training to the employees to know how to activate a hotspot.

I go because I have no signal ... to call customer service when I do not have a call ... and customer service all week they took the call and hung up ... who would solve the problem and charging ... hsy what to put a lawyer to file a lawsuit for clsse pir that sprint passed tmobile and the s8 were left out of service in the antennas.
I came to pick up a phone that my dad sent for him and to my surprise the technicians are in the store and they solve quickly.
I called and asked the employee Anaisi Alvero a question and when she didnt know how to answer me, she hung up on me. When he called back he hung up on me again. He did this 3 times in a row until another employee answered me. Terrible customer service
