Ok at selling cars (obviously) . Wont pick up the phone to schedule appointments and dont return calls after leaving messages. Car service is mediocre and I always end up diagnosing what is wrong with my Jeep otherwise they return it saying it is fine unless it is obviously wrong. Got charged more than 100 dollars for simply poking a dipstick on my transmission oil even after i told them to replace the oil and filter. got told it was good and did not have to be replaced ever. The oil was obviously bad and i had it replaced at another place for cheaper it also neeeded engine mounts and they again failed to diagnose that. Only reason I go back is for warranty labor because I dont have to pay obviously. They charge a ridiculous ammount for changing spark plugs that i change myself for less than 40 bucks in 5 minutes. Parts and labor are up to 3x more expensive here than other OEM parts dealers and shops. It takes 4+ hours to do the simplest of jobs even if you make the first turn of the day. I could go on.

Im not gonna make you read everything but in small talk, worst dealer and experience ever. They care about you until you buy the car, after that youre just a number.Worst experience in my life! I bought a brand new Jeep Renegade 2015. When I took it out of the dealer the vehicle turn off before we got to the nearest gas station (which its behind the dealer). The seller (Mr. Rosa) forgot to tell the guys that were washing the car to put some gas in it. But thats nothing compared to the rest.After 2 months of using the car, one of the back brakes started to make sounds, so I took it to the dealer. They told me everything was ok, that the sound was normal. Thats a first for me, I never had a car with two months and screeching brakes.Anyways, after that the key cylinder was giving trouble releasing the car key. I took it back to the dealer so they can check that, the screeching brakes (again) and a recall about the lug wrench. When I received the car they told me the cylinder was replace (the first cylinder I have seen that comes all scratched being a new part) Again screeching brakes its totally normal and common in a jeep. About the recall, well, Mr. Bermudez forgot about it.As of today I have a Jeep Renegade that its in the dealer (again). This time the radiator fan was vibrating and making weird sounds. Two days later the fan stopped working temperature went up and check engine came on. Now Mr. Bermudez told me that they dont have the part in all Puerto Rico so we need to wait maybe till September. Before I forget theres something else, after all that they cant give you a courtesy vehicle (since they know they dont have the part and is not coming till September) because you need to wait five working days. Thats right they know the problem cant be fix in 5 days but still, my newborn, my kid, my wife and me have to depend from other people since my brand new Renegade dont work and the dealer needs to wait five working days, for a courtesy vehicle. This its the Autogrupo 65 Jeep service.P.S. Ill keep you posted for the new ADVENTURES!!!

In service they are useless if you buy a car remember to change it every 3 years because you lose warranty, vehicle and you are left on foot. I have a 2016 Town & Country, I have not been with it for 4 years, it already has a bad transmission and I only use it to go to work, I am paying for it monthly and it turns out that the warranty is already 5 years old. My people are aware when buying cars I am a mother of 3 minors and still paying for my vehicle on foot
I dont know why the parts dept has a phone if they NEVER NEVER answer. They could eliminate the phones and save that money. Not even to sell they serve
If you are going to buy, Valery and Adner are the best. For service they do not work, they do not answer the phones, they do not call you to give you information about your car. I do not recommend them. For sale only.

Too slow! I waited on foot for almost two weeks for a diagnosis, and then almost a month for the parts to arrive. It is also very expensive. I bring it here because it is mandatory in the warranty. However, despite the slowness and the price, they have good customer service.
They give good customer services, apart from having good sellers.

Terrible service. Little professionals I went today 6/24/2019 to find a purchase order for a Grand Cherokee to take to Penfed. César Ferrer attended to me. He took my personal information supposedly to register my visit. He goes out to strike the purchase order but returns without striking and refuses to give it to me. He asks me for an email, saying thats his policy. She told me that the purchase order would be sent by email when I was in the place where I was going to request the loan to make the purchase. I have gone to other dealers and they give me the purchase order at hand without problems, what is the fear? As a client, Im going to go to the place where I do the best business and especially where I get a good deal. I do not recommend it. They do not work They have zero

The worst customer service. I am the manager of a company and I know how important the service is. They tell me at 8 in the morning to call me as soon as this vehicle. Its 4 pm, call and tell me that the vehicle runs until tomorrow, mechanics went and can not tell me that you have the vehicle because nothing comes in system. I bet the bus did not work all day. They do not know the needs that one has and if he needed the vehicle for tomorrow. All this was resolved with a simple and simple call gentlemen. If you do not know how to make a call, I can teach them.

BAD SERVICE! There was a noise at my door when I closed it, and they did not want to work on the car because I had taken it to another Jeep dealership in Bayamon. From there a technician (who told me he had a lot of experience) told me that I should not close the door of my car like this. They told me they couldnt work on my car. I dont recommend them for service (and this was not my first time there).
