Its okay and heres why: before anyone says I should lose weight you may be right however, as a plus size woman, I was let down with the very choices of clothes I was given. I mean, they have a huge ground level floor for women sizes S - L with so many more options of cute clothes, I just wish there could have been more options for me.

#1 BEFORE this experience I’m about to mention I’ve already been rudely treated by employees on the floor. They made one of my friends feel discriminated for no reason.#2 I HAVE MORE THAN 5 years of customer service experience and I know how policies work. Forever 21 is a store I frequently shop at in different parts of PR and US.I went to by a bodysuit and I could’ve SWORN I took a Medium size piece. When I got home I noticed it was Small and so I went the other day to ask for a credit or change the size.The employee which seemed like the Store Manager was very firm about how the policy states lingirie is FINAL SALE. I explain him that:A. The cashier DID NOT EXPLAIN THAT TO ME AT THE MOMENT OF THE SALEB. POLICIES ARE LIKE LAWS THEY SADLY CANT COVER UP OR MAKE JUSTICE TO EVERY SITUATION.His reaction was completely APATHETIC AND UNREASONABLE HE DID NOT EVEN SHOW ANY CARE FOR THE FACT I BOUGHT A PIECE THAT I WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO WEAR.HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART AND I HOPE AN ACTUAL HIGHER UP SUPERVISOR READS THIS:I will NEVER SHOP IN ANY FOREVER 21 STORE AGAIN IN MY LIFE. Because Ive left hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth in clothing there that is considered fast fashion… AND the indifference of the store manager was so huge that I REALIZE THAT THOS CORPORATION DOES NOT CARE ONE DIMINUTIVE DAMN ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS OR ARE WILLING TO TREAT THEM AS SUCH, AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEM…I WAS TREATED LIKE JUST SOME PEASANT FROM ALL THE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE THAT SHOP.I literally chose to DROP THE PIECE IN THE NEAREST TRASH CAN THAT WAS NEXT TO THE CASH REGISTER BECAUSE IT IS HOW I FELT I FELT TREATED AND BELITTLED TO WORTHLESS GARBARGE. And since I clearly stated IM CERTAIN that this is not my size. I just left it there where it belonged.Im disappointed as to how now evident effort was made to express empathy or understanding to my situation.Instead the employee responded with a very robotic like and generic answer that was: Ok have a “Good” day.Id like to note even tho I wrote in Caps to emphasize I at all moments expressed to the clerk, look I know you’re trying to do your job and this is not personal but it is unreasonable.

The male cashier who attended me was very rude. He told me and my husband (with an attitude) that only one person is allowed at the register at a time which is understandable because of covid protocols. But the fact that there were multiple people at the other registers is what triggered me to get upset. As I walked away and had my husband finish the transaction, my husband mentioned to him how come no one is telling the others about this one person per register rule? He then started to say that he can cal security if we’d like. If there are protocols, please enforce them to everyone. Do not just single people out. That makes people feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional.

What I dont like is that they give credit instead of the money back, the clothes always is the same and not too much variety. I had the bad experience twice that I liked something from the mannequin because it was my size and the manager said he could not sell it to me and there was the same in other size so you prefer to lose a sale and a customer. I don’t really buy close at Forever 21 but my girlfriend does and she loves the store. The men’s section has some cool casual close but I haven’t really purchased close for me personally. The design of this store is that of a luxury hotel and the store is gigantic as you can see from the photos and video clip.

Although the employees are nice ... in the Foreever 21 Barceloneta they have misleading ads. An employee showed us a rack with boots from top to bottom and tells us that this 40% off we chose a pair of short boots and when we went to pay they charged it regularly because the one we took was not boots category. Really because they had it in the rack full of boots ??? If there were any ... by Law you must indicate in selected articles or Not applicable to all

Greetings, visit the store a few days to return a piece of clothing. I brought my receipt and everything and they told me I couldnt change it. They took a very radical attitude and threw me with the bag and the piece of clothing. I will continue to visit the store because I love its accessories but as for managers and employees I would like them to have a little more diplomacy and discipline. The client is not always right, but even if he is not, he is treated with respect.
