This store is big and has a wide variety of good inside it. 100% I reccomend you buy in it if youre looking for good clothing.

Im really upset with a recent purchase I made at JCPenney located in San Juan, PR. It was a beautiful linen crop top by Azucar, but within two hours of wearing it, the part of the top where the straps attach to ripped leaving nickel sized openings in the front of the top. I normally completely understand the policy that if you wear an item you cant return it, but when the product is so badly constructed that it rips (I did not make any force and it did not fit me tight, this is definitely a badly made item) within hours of wearing it for the first time, I was hoping the store would be more understanding and let me exchange it. Instead, the manager offered a discount to buy the top again. Why would I buy the top again and waste more money on a bad product?? Mind you, the top cost $50 so it was not cheap. Im just glad I at least got it during a good sale, but it was wasted money so Im terribly disappointed at the stores customer service. I expected more from a well known store, but guess Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on. I no longer trust their products nor their service.

Lots of things to find in here. Remember to download coupons prior to checking out. I saved a lot of money.

These stores are starting to close so I make a point to stop by and enjoy these moments when I can visit them, many stores have gone away and each of the stores in this particular mall i have seen come and gone leaving but memories of another, maybe better times. I enjoy the experience of coming to the actual store brings back good memories.

Sad to see the demise of one of the original anchors of Plaza Las Americas.This used to be full of customers anxious to get there hands on well priced clothing and household accessories.No more, I counted 5 rather despondent shoppers in the entire store.They had probably wandered in by mistake.

When my wife and I go to JCP for shopping we enjoy looking at all they sell. Their cloth are attractive for men and women. When we need something we go first to JCP.

Its Jc Penney, what the hell do you expect? They have good clothes, but way overpriced. The clearence are really good.

Extremely attentive employees, greeted me, asked what I was interested in, referred me to the correct person, asked me if I knew about a sale and I saved on my purchase 👌👍

JC Penny in Plaza Las Americas in San Juan Puerto Rico was great. The Store was well stock with many new ítem. Service was great and fast. This retail chain has great value, the need to do what the do in Puerto Rico in Continental US different merchandise for diferent markets.

They are very rude at the store including the manager. They are letting the policies set for handling covid 19 get to their head and using this as an excuse to be rude and un polite to customers. They should all be fired.

This review is for the PR Pennys. Very organized store with great prices. Long lines to check out but I found a shorter line in shoes. Not enough employees. If you find one they are VERY helpful and go out of their way to help you locate an item.
