Cozy place to find all kind of Guayaberas in el Viejo San Juan.

Found this little gem while walking to another store. I was originally going to a hat store and passed by this shop. There were a few nice hats. I inquired about them. I told her my size. Lorna was refreshingly honest and stated that while she would love to sell me a hat she did not have my size. She suggested a hat shop around the corner. Coincidentally this was the place I was already going to. I then inquired about a guayabera shirt which go up to size 8X. She showed me 2 shirts. I ultimately choose 2 lines shirts. My girlfriend so purchased 2 shirts. Lorna also gave us a lesson on the history of where the name of the shirt originated. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lorna was AWESOME!!!!

We were here looking for something very specific and special and we found it here. Very good customer service and Lorna kindly answered all our questions. She is very friendly and speaks Spanish and English.

Check the tag before buying anything to see for yourself where it comes from. The owner talks up a big story to customers about supporting local Puerto Rican industry, but when we got home and checked the purchase we realized the guayabera was made in China. I noticed Most items in all the old San Juan tourist trap shops are made in China so just be careful if you want anything authentic.

I went there over the weekend and bought the perfect shirt. The womens shirt is not comparable to anything you can purchase on amazon, ebay or anywhere else online. The Guayabera was cut to fit a womens figure, not the typical BOX fit. The edge bottom side seam was rounded to give it a wonderful finish. I was so impressed. I will be heading back soon to purchase the same one in different colors.

I dont post reviews on Google often, but I had such a great experience here. The styles and selections are vast. The service was authentic and outstanding. She really knew her stuff.

Excellent quality guayaberas at very reasonable prices. I needed guayaberas for my husband and son for his First Communion. The service was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and we felt like family by the time we left. My husband purchased a Nono Maldonado guayabera for $60. That brand usually retails for $85 and up. We got my son a Mojito guayabera for $40 and the quality was great - not scratchy at all. Both were 100% linen. They both looked so handsome and so old school classy. Love this place and will definitely go back!!

Overly crowded shop. No room to browse, poor ceiling fan, too hot to shop, merchanise wrapped in plastic. Really not user friendly
