Super friendly and helpful staff, they patiently gave us recommendations since it was our first time here. They had lots of drink options, and we settled on iced versions of the bonbon latte and the iced lemongrass ginger tea. Would definitely come back!

Great customer service. Everything else was poor. Over priced, small portions and not very tasty. One slice of bacon per breakfast sandwich cut in half. Will not be back.

Yum yum yummy coffee. They make this special matcha latte with a shot of espresso and oatmilk which is so good!

Probably the best coffee I have had in Puerto Rico! I tend to be very picky with my coffee and I often find myself adding a lot of sugar to mask whenever a coffee isn’t good. This was not the case at Barista Squared. The coffee was excellent, dare I say world class. Their avocado toast was very good; their brioche toast offered a sweet balance to the savory feta cheese along with the usual ingredients. Add a friendly and attentive staff, this is probably the best all around coffee experience in Puerto Rico. I cannot recommend them enough!

Really cute coffee shop with great prices for brunch type food and coffee. I highly recommend the French toast and pesto grilled cheese. When I visited it was to-go only but there are some tables outside under an awning to sit at.

Heard this was a great place for breakfast. Went on a Monday at 10:30am, watched other customers order food, watched kitchen staff prepare and hand out food, but when I arrived to the counter, they said they were not serving food anymore.I recommend calling ahead to make sure food is available before arriving.

This shop was highly recommended by the tour guide but I was not impressed. Slow service times and coffee that you can get anywhere means Ill stick to Starbucks.

This was my go to during my one week stay in Condado. Fresh coffee, good service. Sandwiches are really nice especially the fritata. Guava pastry is also great.

We all know the locals talk about Pannes, but lets talk quality and love for a good meal, an addictive cup of coffee, or maybe just a salute with espresso to another wonderful day in Puerto Rico. They blend sweet and savory in almost every meal. The Monte Cristo was literally steaming, melting that cheese, and hugged by Texas style french toast. I thought I drank coffee. Locals celebrate it here. If there is any line to stand in, this is the place. Prices are reasonable and they want a return customer. Also, they sell whole beans, dessert, and tea pigs for those that like their tea dirty. Picked up my five pound bag to take home with me! Dont take my word for it. Instead, let them wow you with their top notch service, honesty, and love for ALL customers.

Amazing breakfast! Great customer service. Kind of a long wait but I’m the food & prices is worth it. They also have a couple tables for outdoor seating. I would definitely come back for breakfast.

Unfortunately I came across this little gem in the last day of my trip! Great coffee, sweet baristas, and awesome pastries! The atmospheres is so relaxing and chill in here. It was my getaway from my vacation. To sit here drink my coffee and read my book was what I needed before heading out on our flight. The latte was great and I had a cinnamon scone I believe? Both of them were delicious. They have a small food menu as well. Very quiet cafe. Good for work, reads, and some down time.

Hands down the best place to have breakfast. They will pretty much prepare for you anything you ask for. The service is fantastic the place is clean air conditioned and everyone speaks English.

Four stars for coffee - good and quick.However I don’t recommend ordering food here. It’s a counter-serve place so I thought it would be quick. But we waited THIRTY minutes for a salad, omelette and pancakes. So slow.They were also out of everything - ice, French toasts, plates?!? At 11:30 am on a Sunday. In the time I waited I could’ve washed and dry 20 plates lol.

This place is really good, Im not a coffee drinker, but what they can make here got me drinking it again, so much effort and detail in each customers order is an awesome thing to see still happen these days, the food was very fresh, and delicious, there is a girl that wears a hat with an alien on it, and if she or the tall younger guy makes your coffee, your in for a treat, they are amazing, and everyone there is super friendly, my only wish would be for them to have mallorca bread, if they did, Id be there daily, it can get busy, but well worth the wait

AVOID. Just avoid this place at all costs. Much better places to go around. Food took over 35 minutes to come out. Came out with hairs. Most of the food that came out was not even what we ordered. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Good vibes coffee shop with a lot of places to sit. They offer several tea flavors from the English brand Teapigs, you can choose to have them both hot or cold. If youre more into coffee they have a very good cold brew.They also have a water tap to refill your bottle, which is really appreciated when walking on those hot sunny days!

Very friendly service in both English and Spanish. Coffee is excellent. Iced coffee has chocolate notes! They have almond and coconut milk for the lactose intolerant among us. We stopped here daily, sometimes twice, during our trip to San Juan.

Excellent coffee.... if you want to wait 25 minutes on a cappuccino when they’re not busy, then this is your place. I’ve had specialty coffee in over 30 countries and I’ve never waited this long in my life. As a barista myself, this is unacceptable customer service.

Good coffee and decent food, but service hurt the experience. Sat down for coffee and a quick bite with friends. Ordered a few minutes after them, and they received their food shortly that. They stayed with us for another half an hour while we waited for French toast and a frittata. We felt bad and sent them on their way and ultimately waited over an hour. After asking the barista about our food he appeared 5 minutes later with it in takeout containers and the French toast was cold. Would not recommend it for a quick bite on vacation.

How do you rate a place with absolutely incredible coffee but an out of order bathroom when you arrive in a desperate state? i thought about taking the average of the two experiences but honestly the recency bias of holding my perfectly steamed and extracted latte is outweighing my former panic. as they say, keep calm and.. go find a coconut tree somewhere out of sight.

What happened? This used to be a good coffee shop. Service is sloppy. Ambience is completely diferent. It feels like highschoolers are working and the music... is as of they want you to leave. Putting on techno music at an obnoxiouse level does not make me want to stay and have a coffe and lunch. Employees are more worried on socializing than working, to the point that ive had to leave. This has happened to me twice with the same employee with a hat. Quality of products has also gone down.

THE BEST coffee in Condado AND I wont even talk about the guava panatella. The staff was very friendly and the barista foamed my Latte perfectly. When I finished my coffee, the heart he created was still in tact at the bottom of the coffee cup..The guy knew his stuff !!

I stood outside their store this morning since 7am waiting for them to open and no one would open the store. They had no care about whoever was waiting.I waited for 40 minutes for everyone who was inside to even explain if they were opening or not and no one came. They just watched multiple folks stand at the door and stare. Horrible I had to leave. I left at 7:40 am

Highly recommend!! Cozy, trendy, eco-minded, and delicious! I had a cold brew and the avocado toast which was amazing. They have a dog treat and water station, which make my doggo-loving heart happy, and a bookshelf in the back with books for sale. All these little touches embibe so much character into the initmate space. I picked this place for my morning caffiene fix based on the reviews, and so glad I did!

Barista Squared is the best coffee in Condado. No single origin coffees: everything is traditional, with dark roast blends pulled not too short and not too long. The baristas are skilled and friendly. Tasty food as well, and good WiFi. The contemporary interior is well done.

One of my favorite coffee spots in Condado- and one of the few places in Puerto Rico (Yes- Puerto Rico) that offer cold brew.The baristas are very friendly, and their sandwiches are also great for lunch, very affordable tasty and they come with a water bottle! Great local coffee shop with super hipster vibe and menu. The food was unreal and pretty cheaply priced for the portion sizes. I got a coconut milk iced dirty chai and the Tripleta sandwich (can’t remember the actual name from the menu) and they were both very memorable. Wouldn’t be surprised if I’m back there tomorrow.

Excellent spot for coffee and to relax. Staff is always friendly and the coffee is top notch. Drank coffee here every day on my vacation. If and when I come back to San Juan I will still drink coffee every day here on my next vacation.

They have a water tap that you can use to fill up your bottles!! I had a tasty American. Strong but not the burnt bitter flavor that can happen a lot with espresso.
