Service is so freaking slow. I asked the manager if I can speak to someone specific. Tells me they are not here doesn’t follow up to ask if I need any help just goes off on his own conversation.

Its always full but with a very few employees to attend at the printing service area... waiting time is over an hour long! As a costumer Im always looking for a quick and efficient service, the employees are nice but the company NEEDS to hire more personel to get better results. At 9:00am 67 minutes is an outrageous waiting time to wait to print documents sent at 8:30am to the store email printing service.

Today I had the worst customer service in your store. The store was empty and I approached to the only cashier at site when she greeted me: “not here!” and pointed me to the returns area. Not even a “Good afternoon!” or “I apologize, let me take you to where you can pay” or any basic manners. I must say this was an usual experience since usually employees are helpful and courteous but this young lady needs to learn a lot about working with people.

Poor service. They kept a pc for over a week for diagnosis of a problem and did absolutely nothinh.

15 minutes waiting, trying to get an answer on printing service and no one even looked at me. I used to worked there and I know how important is for the Company to greet the customer within the first seconds. This used to be a customer service oriented company. Printing services associates on todays shift need follow up and coaching on that!

They have all the machines you need and service at times is ok. Im here right now waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to help me and only 1 of the 30 people working here is able to help me with a machine so Im waiting and waiting. Someone else has got to know how to run the machine I need. Waiting, and waiting....

The copy max area of the store is slow and under staffed. The line management is abysmal and you can lose your turn very easily. But the employs are very nice.

I came here to print about 320 color pages. Two self-service printers, none of which worked. I told the young lady at the counter, who couldnt have cared less. All she offered was for me to leave the print work with her, and it would be ready in a couple of hours. Or more, as they had a lot of work. Lots of people sitting on dirty chairs, looking like they had been waiting there for hours. A government office kind of vibe. Dirty store, dirty floors, garbage under the shelves. This place needs serious care and attention by management. I wont be coming back.

Waiting time at the printing area is horrible. They take to much time. Waited over two hours, and did not even get what i completely needed. I got half a job done. Would give 0 starts but cant. Management needs to apply some serious necessary adjustments.On a plus side the person that handled my case did a good job, and tried everything at her power to help. In my opinion the problems come from management, a poor management leeds to problems, and they have many.

Worst day of service ever! The clerk pass another customer and processed his order first.... The guy was out of the store in less than 10 minutes... I had to wait over 45 minutes for 1 page printing that my daughter needed, they made me wait, because I speak the situation and other people agreed to what I was saying. And also the cashier took the customer phone number for something work related ...customer service should not be attached to your personal interest.

Fatal, fatal, and again fatal. I take a turn to print and bind and the machine tells me 9 minutes. Wait more than 30 minutes.There were more than 6 people inside to attend and only 2 employees were moving.
