I understand and willing to abide by the covid-19 restrictions but the store had a policy of only allowing 2 people in a time, there was 3 of us, the wife & sister in-law and me which didnt make for a nice shopping experience plus the sales reps werent friendly or helpful

Rude to me from entering the store. 12 countries 15 bags and this was the worst experience Ive encountered at any lv site. I need was my wallet inspected. All the gentleman did was point and tell me ge was not going to help me and walked away.

Pretentious judgemental and the store had an awful rotten moldy smell...sales staff did not offer assistance and were more concerned about shoplifters than customers. stick to online purchases.

The first time I decided to visit this store and the poor treatment and lack of respect from a young man named John or Josh was horrible. Too bad that this type of person is close to the People should be in the Cave where it came from.

The completely impersonal deal for a place where the minimum investment you can make starts at $ 500.

I cannot recommend a luxury store that has no regard for its customers. Buy shoes that according to the same seller have a construction and design defect, insist on repairing them when the shoe has no solution. To date they have not wanted to change my shoe for another model or offer me alternatives to solve the problem. On the other hand, the service has surprised me. According to Ms. Crista Fernandez, store manager would have an answer to my claim in a week. Its been 29 days, Im still waiting for the call and the status of my shoes. The service is not up to a luxury store.
