Of all the places I have purchased in Puerto Rico, I am pretty disappointed with Luminati. The truth is they have a policy that was acceptable back in the 90s. If youre looking into buying lights this place is fine. However I would highly recommend you do not buy any peripheral equipment such as transformers. My issue with this business is their return policy and why I decided to write this review to warn future buyers. If it were simply brought up to modern times and expectations I wouldnt have an issue recommending Luminati.

Lights, figures, patio lights, fans and more. Spectacular

Bought a few lighting fixtures from them to get good quality. Even paid for Luminatti to install them. Less than a year after the installation one of the glass lampshades just fell off and shattered. Thank God nobody was in the room. It took us over 6 months of calling and talking to them to get them to get the lampshade. When they finally got it they charged us $60 for it, all the while never questioning the fact that it had fell off due to either a manufacturing error or an installation error, which I can confirm because I was in the house when it fell. The fact that they felt the need to charge $60 to a customer who spent over a thousand dollars in a couple of lamps lets you know exactly where these people stand and what is important to them which is obviously not creating long term relationships with their customers.

Friendly people, beautiful selection of lights. A little expensive, but if you are looking for good quality, it is the place to go.

Be sure to check the lamps when you pick them up at the store or before you install them. If you order the lamp in the store, the lamp arrives at the store and you have to go get it when it arrives. They dont even make sure the lamp arrives safe and in good condition before they deliver it to you, so I dont see the benefit of ordering it from the store.When I called to notify that the one who installed the lamp noticed a defect of a loose screw, they told me that I had to take the lamp to the store for the guarantee. It is not feasible to bring a large lamp to the store after you pay someone to install it for me, but they do not appreciate that and do not offer free house visits to work on the warranty.

It is unfortunate that one of the vendors with her bad attitude and indifference, causes me to give you this rating.The saleswoman is one with short dark hair, I went to buy some lamps and unfortunately she began to attend me after waiting a long time while sending text messages with her cell phone.After a while of waiting she began to attend me and for the moment we did not see her anymore, it remained to verify if there was a model of a lamp in the warehouse but what she did was that she left without saying anything and we were waiting.We approached the saleswoman Jennifer was very kind and helped us and we bought.One of the lamps was defective, we returned the next day to change it and again unlucky, there was the girl with the short dark hair. We asked for the saleswoman who looked after us well, she with a derogatory tone tells us that she is alone on Sundays and that we had to wait a long time, if we wanted to be served.He is a very inattentive person, indifferent and bad attitude.Its a shame that a store with such a good product has such unprofessional people.Out of 5 stars the product deserves, for this person I give it 1. Horrible experience!
