The client service is nonexistent, instead you get arrogance. I went looking to buy a second bike, I own a BMW GS, and the guy at the dealership in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, acted as if he was doing me a favor by just opening the door. There werent any bikes. I asked when they would arrive, and his response was not only vague, but seemed annoyed to be attending a possible client. I called two weeks later for more information—I believe the same guy answered, unless everyone there had the same punch—and the lack of information, bad manners, and arrogance was even worse.I cant begin to imagine taking a bike there for service! Dont bother with these people!
I really visited the place and was delighted, its employees and owner are very friendly and attentive people. In addition, they know their business very well (what they sell), they are very nice motorcycles at an excellent price .... highly recommended ....
Nefarious service. Something as simple as changing rubber, they cannot do it without cooling the rings. Of two hoops that it takes to change the rubber, two guayaron. Do not trust. Take your motorcycles to repair elsewhere these people are useless. Something so basic.
