Ordered because they are a green company, and family oriented. They didnt send the order until I called them a month later to see where the shipment was.They were quite curteous and did expedite the shipping after the call, and followed up well. The material did come well packaged and in good time at that point. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star.I will likely try them again.

Mike could not have been more accommodating in helping me make selections of flooring for my home. He arranged for numerous samples to be sent and seemed to understand what I was looking for. He always promptly returned emails and calls, and followed through with excellent service. I felt a sense of integrity and caring in everything he did.

I had an excellent experience working with Mike Troy at Green Goods. I ordered a large shipment of bamboo flooring through his firm and the selection, invoicing and payment process went smoothly. When the shipment arrived from their Georgia Warehouse, much of the product was damaged. Mike responded quickly and had new flooring on its way with no hassle required on my part. I was dismayed when the second shipment had some damaged pieces. yet Mike once again made the experience manageable and relatively painless. He deserves the highest marks for outstanding customer care . The flooring is now fully installed and it is beautiful.

Unfortunately they dont stand up to their promises. I ordered 2 weeks ago - they called me right away confirming the material was in stock and they would ship. I waited and waited and no one ever updated me - then I had to check in and they pushed me back 2 more weeks. They clearly dont have their act together. I suggest going local and getting a honest rep that will actually deliver and care about its customers.

Great place to visit if youre looking to remodel your floors or cabinets. Staff is friendly and the managers are knowledgeable. Products are top notch, if a little pricy. But thats what you pay to get eco friendly materials.

Bought tiles for the kitchen several years ago, tiles holding up nicely, great price and all as advertised.

I ordered Marmoleum from this company online at a far better price than I could get locally. Upon arrival, the roll was damaged in shipping and Green Goods immediately handled the problem. The manufacturer Farbo agreed to send out a new roll. The new roll was protected far better than the first and we received it very fast. I was very happy with the price and responsiveness of GreenGoods.
